I was in this place all night, the seller turned out to be a redneck, why do such people work for you and you don't control those who work for you, I couldn't find the tool I needed, and asked the employee who worked there to tell me or find it, he said I don't know or look there, I looked but still couldn't find it, I asked again if he could help, he just turned around and left, this guy had a bandage on his arm, obvious disrespect for customers, just a freak

Mix opinion. I needed trans filter for my 16 jeep patriot. It need 2 a small one and rectangle one. Employee name Anthony was going to help me or at least i thought but he started to argue saying cars only have one trans filter. I got mad and yell at him and then he started saying that he was a certified mechanic. then another employee named Sergio came and calm me down and look for it on computer. Computer said my car need 2 trans filters. Anthony told me they didnt have any but when sergio look it up it said you guys had 1 big one and 4 little ones. Sergio the told me one moment and came back with the trans filters. I was so mad I forgot i needed cvt fluid and he reminded me and made me happy at least 1 employee knew was he was doing and he even said sorry. Sergio was super helpful.

Anthony, the manager, was HIGHLY unprofessional, and so was his employer hablo. He was rude, UNhelpful, didn't understand or comprehend his job, and did not know how to multitask. He shouldn't be working at a mechanic shop at all. He's not friendly, doesn't know how to communicate respectfully with customers, and lacks the ability to help the customers. Again. Anthony, the manager, doesn't make it any better !!! 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️

I went to store 0472 and Jasmine took complete care of me. She got me a battery for the price I wanted to pay and she was extremely courteous and helpful while doing it. She was very happy to help me. This is the kind of employee I'd want in my company. She's a five star plus employee... ?

I’ve been shopping auto zone for 20yrs I don’t trust any outher store brand but the Blanding store in Jax fl Not even a one star Jessica who is pretty much a manager she says when I asked to speak to someone above her she says I’m pretty much a manager but no not one knew it all and refused to let me speak to her superior or give me corporate or districts number conversation got a little heated because she refused to do what auto zone on 103rd st took care of they were professional and helpful and settled the warranty issue once we were outside Jessica says were to pour to buy anouther battery had to use warranty she was horrible then had her boyfriend come up there like he was gonna do something glad he didn’t wouldn’t of been good for him all we wanted was my 17yr old sons battery swapped and took care of properly she don’t need to be working there since she has no personal skills or buisness skills plus she’s what we call a nutter butter will be hearing from us at corporate and the district manager thankgod for 103rd st auto zone they not only helped us and sent us to landing for the battery when we got back after the bad situation they fixed the issue and helped us out 103rd gets 5 stars that chick needs to be taught a lesson and shouldn’t be dealing with customers at all will be back up there tomorrow I own a buisness I no buisness I am successful and no she don’t need to be working there

I was blessed with one just recently and I just happened to pull into Auto Zone on Blanding and that’s when I knew, There’s Still Some Honest and Helpful people still out here in this world!
