About a week to ten days ago, I bought a top-of-the-line wiper. Apparently, I got the wrong one. I couldn't get it to fit. AutoZone was happy to exchange it, but they wanted to credit my card, (which would take a few days), and charge me for the new one now. Due to medical expenses, I couldn't do that. Jeff worked it out to do a direct exchange. Then he made sure I got the right one by installing it for me. It's a Bosch that works perfectly. Outstanding service that catered to my situation.
Shout out to Jennifer too, who helped me get the proper Rain-X product for my application. This will be my "go-to" auto parts store forthwith.

Staff was very helpful with 3 different stops.
Store does sometimes seem to be short-staffed, but may have just been an off time.

Genia was soooo helpful. Changed AND taught me how to change my own key fob battery. She also gave me a lovely tutorial on how to change my wiper blades. Now I know to never leave the wipers up when you are changing it, unless it is in your hands!! Thank you for knowledge Genia!!

My check engine light came in flashing and I called this location and they said they could read the codes. Jeff was one of the guys there. And him and the other guy went over the codes with me and gave me valuable information as to what the issue may be. If I had gone to a mechanic instead there’s no doubt I would be out hundreds of dollars. Definitely my go to auto store.

Genia is the greatest. She helped me and actually came to me and jumped me off and followed me to the store changed my battery and make me feel so appreciative. I have never had that kind of customer service experience ever. I am a forever customer. Thanks so much.

This is my store to get my parts very friendly never had a problem with the customer service only thing I had a problem what was the battery charging system was down for a few months because of management on the other end did not fix what they needed

Big ups to Gina, store manager at Beaver Street. 100% knowledgeable of her job. Out of four trips to different Auto Zones, she found what I was looking for when the other guys weren't patient enough to look for my hard to find auto parts. Good job.

was driving from gainsville was pulled over for front light being out and came here and Genia went above and beyond to help fix the light also checked my back light to fix it to after i had went to another place saying they couldn’t fix it

I went in store I had issues with my air conditioner sales associate Genia diagnosed the problem and taught me how to add Freon to my vehicle.

I had been having trouble with my battery and Jeff went above and beyond for me to diagnose and fix my problems in a swift, courteous, professional, and very personable manner. If I ever have another issue on my car I’ll definitely be bringing it to him. He also said he works on his own car and actually enjoys that part of his job the most. I will absolutely be back to do business here.

I would recommend going to the one on Normandy they where really rude the sunburnt lady!! was giving us attitude and it was completely unnecessary. I’d give this place zero stars if I could
