They don"t even deserve the 1 star given. Horrible customer service, a few of the associates can use some training in working with people and try having some compassion. I will never visit this store again!!

i brought my battery in, in hopes of it being charged for me. The lady tested it, said it was bad, and wouldn’t place on the charger even though I asked her to do it anyways because the battery was starting my car but it was sluggish.
I didn’t catch her name but she was a lady with long braids.
Anyways I ended up taking it to another location, they said the battery is fine just needs a charge.
It’s crazy to me how she would deny charging it because she felt it was a bad battery even though I asked if she would do it regardless.

Terrible service. They do not pay attention to the customer to serve quickly. Also, since they don't speak Spanish, they didn't want to serve me right away.

Had a great experience with Mr. Walcutt the manager at this store. He went above and beyond helping us determine parts for my son’s 2010 Dodge Charger. Great asset to your company! Thank you for the help!! ?

I shop here after every visit from the dealership for the parts I need. The prices are better and I can do the job myself for 1/10th the dealership price.

Commercial guy Walcot very knowledgeable and resourceful. Goes hard everyday! Very reliable and consistent!!! Rare trait these days!!! Deserves any and all compensation from Autozone. I shop all the local autozone stores, but I call Walcot if I need it done right. FRFR
