I went into Autozone today for a new car battery & Lauren helped me right away. She was so sweet and friendly & installed my new battery in less than 30 minutes. Amazing service!

My battery died that I purchased just under a year ago and I was presently surprised to learn it was still under warranty. The gentleman that took care of me at the store made the exchange for me and took the new one out to my car. I can't say enough about their awesome customer service.

Wanted to say I will definitely be back to this location Edgewood location is a huge joke management is never there… Came to this location I had 2 people to help me they were working together mind the store was so busy but they worked as a team Jason the store manager and Ms Green was phenomenal need more like them now I just have to find out how to get a business account with them and leave advance.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered an alternator and got the email saying it’s ready. Got to the store and no alternator. Employees was rude and no help wouldn’t even give me corporate number. Told me I had to drive a hour away to get the part from another store. Unprofessional. Nothing about today makes me want to use them again

A man named Criss works here . I can’t imagine how he was hired here. He was rude and insulted to me when I asked to return the goods.
