Didn’t get his name but the guy with long hair and hat on was super helpful in finding the right piece to my car. Came here two days in a row for different things and same guy helped me.

Long hair guy i didn't catch his name i went to have a ratchet warranty replacement and he said we don't have replacement warranty its supposed to be guaranteed for life ive replaced many ratchets thru autozone for yrs thats why i choose duralast tools very unsatisfied i will start a bad review about this store

Truck Battery died on me while I was grabbing lunch nearby. Thankfully James was able to walk over, jump start the car, and then provide a new battery at a solid price. 5 star service.

Receipt printer broken. Cashier in a hurry grabs screen and passes donations and option to send an email Receipt. (Needed for business. Gives me the option to wait in line for the other register to print it out.
And one of the brake fluid bottles is cut (box cutter?) and leaked all in the vehicle.
Advanced is across the street, make the trip.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy service and acknowledgeable people definitely check this place out. My battery and wipers needed to be replaced, Coggin Toyota wanted to charge me a lot to change them. A friend told me to go to this store to get a second estimate and I did. I spoke to Frank who helped me with changing the battery, testing it after installation, and replacing my wipers. He was very acknowledgeable and took his time to install everything. He truly cared to help me and saved me a lot of money. Thanks again!
