Extremely helpful store manager and staff are very knowledgeable. Had an issue with a return. This was not Autozone's issue. It was a problem with Apple. Manager went above and beyond to ensure the return went through. I’ve shopped at the store multiple times, and will continue not just because of the service and knowledge But their natural ability to want to go above and beyond for their customers.

Was in there today, Wednesday, 1/31/24. The manager, Michael Thomas casually working behind the counter, coughing his lungs out, no attempt to cover his mouth. In 2 minutes waiting for change, he hacked up 2 phlegm monsters and spit them 5 feet into waste paper basketsOne of the most disgusting things I've seen anywhereI guess you can buy parts and get Covid.all at the same timeSenior management: talk to your man about how he conducts himself. As for me, I'm done at that store

My entire experience at this AutoZone was terrible! Chris and the other girl working on 1/28 at 7pm were flat out rude and unprofessional. They so lazy they didn’t even help me with a diagnostic and gave me the wrong headlight so I had to come all the way back. They refused to help me with my headlight after giving me the wrong one. this is clearly not the job for either one of them.

I had a really bad morning and my son had borrowed my car and my gas cap was missing...I was emotional after losing m husband to ALS in 2020 as technically I'm not very good ..I met very kind people this day .Samantha was my assistant and I cannot give her enough stars ..She could see I was distraught and was so kind and Even came to my SUVto make sure we ordered the right one etc ..Thank you Samantha you are truly an angel ?I'll wait for the cap to come in and have it fixed .God Bless !

Michael & Christopher were exceptional in both their personality and service. I purchased a full 3 set of the new rainx silicone wipers and michael offered to install them on my wife’s car in a matter of minutes. What’s a great expertise!!!

Don’t know her name but the apparent woman who I asked for help yesterday just shrugged her shoulders after I explained her my starter button was having trouble and my car wouldn’t start that morning until trying for a while. I told her I got a new battery for the key fob and it said that I had a starter button malfunction but the message went away a few minutes before I got there when I stopped by the car wash. She then said “well, with no error message there’s nothing we can do”. All it took was a simple google search to figure out that my car being a 2021 having a 3 year old battery was probably low voltage and whaddya know that’s exactly what the problem was. Found out today after I went to Mazda and people were not lazy and willing to help me. Mind you, she was literally just standing there, not even on the register I’m assuming cause there was a line for the guy next to her. So you could have sold me a battery and saved me possibly having to call in to work or having to go to a dealership. Wonder how often you could be losing business this way…

I placed a pickup order online. When I arrived the manager insisted they didn’t have the part. She also refused to help me cancel the order. The older gentleman checked in the back and the part I ordered was sitting there. The manager spent more time telling me they didn’t have the part than it took for someone to check. The manager must’ve had a bad day, but that doesn’t excuse the way she talked to and treated me.

Had an amazing experience with Shaw , she was very knowledgeable , respectful and quick. She is definitely an asset to this company. I Will definitely ask for her specifically if I need anything in the future .
