Quality of items were great! Customer service could use some improvement. Called to see if there were any extras of an item. Told no husband stopped by store and was able to find extras. Will the sales rep help out a lot when needing to place another order for uniforms.

No one will return my calls or email. They said 4 to 6 weeks and it’s been almost 9weeks and I still don’t have anything or even a response. Would not recommend using this company!

If you order from this place just know everyone on here tried to tell you not to! Nothing is going to be on time, customer service is terrible, and you will not get what you are promised.After receiving my son’s jerseys from there he tried them on to find out they run about two sizes to big. We re-ordered and paid for another set. We got another set but it wasn’t our order (wrong number , wrong size). I notified the the very next day and was told the right set would be rushed and I would have them in a couple of weeks. We are going on month number four with no jerseys. I have called multiple times and never get an answer. The rude receptionist always ask for a number so they can call back. Of course, you guessed it, no call back. I’ve given them multiple opportunities to make it right but they don’t and don’t really care.

Honestly, if I could rate this company zero stars, I would. My son’s travel baseball team required us to order uniforms and other gear from Baker’s. Like other reviewers, Baker’s was very untimely. Our team pestered them and finally got orders shipped a day before our first game. But to reduce the chances of shipping errors, Baker’s shipped to one place (a local baseball facility) instead of to everyone’s home — as ordered. Still, we all each paid separate shipping and handling (a $30 rip-off given that most other companies have free shipping when you order a certain amount). No refund there. When we got the orders, we were still missing items. It’s now halfway through the season and we still haven’t received those. And frankly, the quality and prices are terrible. $70 for a uniform/dri-fit shirt? $30 for caps? $50 for pants? We much prefer the Wilson-Evoshield team store that our other son’s team uses.

Uniforms were ordered 8 weeks prior to our first tournament. Thanks to consistent follow up by us. Our uniforms arrived the day before our first game. Our coaches attire still hasn’t arrived and we’re now going on the third tournament. None of the parents items has arrived. Now we can’t even get them to return emails. Not sure what’s going on previous reviews raved about their service. Since we’re required to order from this company through our organization. It’s certainly made us rethink playing with the same organization in the future.

2 years in a row of having uniforms for our softball team wrong. Wrong team name, wrong name on the back, color and size.Girls are forced to get their uniforms the day of the game and change in the public restroom. I feel terrible for the girls and their families bc this company cannot get their orders correct.

We have had 2 place 3 orders for different sports. Only 1 order has been filled. My son’s season is over and we still haven’t gotten the items. No one responds to questions as to where items are.

My son’s baseball team used this company to order uniforms and gear. There was always some excuse about why it was running late. We got a partial shipment with practice gear and one uniform, which I was disappointed with the quality of both for how much they cost. Our second uniform finally arrived, with three tournaments left in the season, and the sizing was way off in addition to the quality being less than expected. The helmets cost more than what we could buy local and they came plain and there were stickers we could put on them- I’m so glad I didn’t waste money on that. We were told we’d be receiving a partial credit for one uniform, great, but for some of us who haven’t received it yet it was a response of “well we processed it, we’ll send your email to sales”. If you need anything timely, good quality for the price, and good customer service I wouldn’t recommend this place.

This place treats their employees like dirt, paying minimum wage while the big boss supposedly makes tens of millions. No PPE provided to protect screen printers and cleaners from breathing in harmful chemicals, and I recall a fellow team member telling me he had been to the hospital numerous times for respiratory issues. Take a look at the other reviews about how most people aren’t receiving their orders in a timely manner, and keep in mind that when you do business here, you’re supporting a company that treats their employees and customers like dirt.

Ordered my 2 items 2 months ago and haven't received either. Just called and was told it would be another week before one of the items was done. Pretty poor time management and/or order management. I got the feeling nothing had been done and I just caught their mistake.

Our girls volleyball team was required to purchase items for practice and games (32 girls) an average of 5 items per girl. Not to mention parent's, siblings and friends that also purchased items. We received most of the items 2 games before our last game. We have 6 seniors who can't use them again next year. Sent an email and never received a response.One of the mothers was told that back to school was their busiest time and spirit wear isn't a priority. Hopefully our school will reconsider their contract with this awful company.

order timeframe 4-6 weeks for team shirts.. that time has come and gone !! And our season has 1 week left. Just like the others that left reviews for this company. How are they still in business?!

Ordered on August 4th, almost two months later and my order is not even ready to ship. I was told a week ago that they should be shipping that very day. Every time I call it's a different story. Terrible service! Our season will be over before we get our order which we actually placed early to prevent a delay.Not even an offer of compensation. Our school needs to use a different company.

I went into Bakers to order football helmets for my upcoming spring season the last week of Dec 2021. I received a text from Mr. Olive on Jan 3 2022 stating my helmets will ship the end of February 2022. My football season started Mar 26. I followed up with Mr. Olive on March 18 and was told he would get back with me. Never received a response. Followed up again on April 8 and never received a response. It is now April 27, 2022 and I still don’t have helmets and no clue when they will be in.Just so you know it is not just Mr. Olive. I’ve tried working with another rep Chuck before Mr. Olive. Before the pandemic is was a slow responder but after the pandemic it seems as if he doesn’t respond.I don’t know what happened to Bakers as they use to be very reliable but now you have to pray and wish you get your items in time or at least a response. I understand a lot of things are on back order and that is not their fault however being responsive and proactive is in their control and they lack the communication. This is why I give them 1 star.
