My two kitties always got the highest quality of care at this location, back when we lived in Jacksonville, so absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Banfield at PetSmart is reasonably priced, friendly and very accessable.

CHANTELL AT THIS PETSMART’S GROOMING IS AMAZING! 10/10!!! 5/5!!! 100/100!!! She made my puppy look like a brand new dog! Chantel groomed him just like I asked and got rid of all his matting! I was so amazed when I saw him! I will definitely be visiting this location again just to have her groom my dog! Thank you again, Chantell!

I like this vet but if there was an emergency I could not take my pets here I would have to take them to a hospital. I do like the insurance.

I have consistently had great experience with this business. Great communications. I get my rowdy dogs nails cut here by the vet and they also gave me about a half an hour consult for his skin allergies which was thorough and detailed. Caring and compassionate staff. Polite from the front desk to the veterinarian and everyone in between along with the convenience of a pet store. I have always had a great experience and the price is probably the best in the area.

Do not sign up for their monthly plan it is the BIGGEST SCAM. You can’t cancel in person and they want $320 for me to cancel over the phone. This is absolutely insane.

Cannot rave enough about the crew at City Station Dr. My sweet Athena suddenly came ill and they were fully booked. Staff made room and allowed my sweet girl to come in and turns out she had pancreatitis. A one day visit wasn’t enough when Athena woke up even more sick the following day. Dr Bose made sure she was able to get in and took amazing care of her all day. Let me clarify that everyone there took excellent care of my fur baby. She’s finally on the mend and I wouldn’t know what I would do without the Banfield City Station Dr crew.

I’d say for my first visit, I love the place. The staff is great. Ki was super sweet and both girls were very helpful and had awesome customer service. I would like for the appointment times to be more accommodating and the prices a bit more competitive. But other than that over all the place is wonderful and I’ll definitely be going back.

When I first started bringing my pet to Banfield, I would have given this clinic a high rating. Over the past tgreen years, they have changed and are no longer the compassionate, caring team they once were. Three years of going to Banfield, and I have never met Dr. Breau face to face. In fact, the last 3 appointments I've taken my dog to, I was never given the opportunity to speak with the vet at all. A vet tech comes out to get your pet. The vet tech calls you to tell you what the vet diagnosed and recommended. The only time I get to speak to the vet is when I demand it. It is never offered, even when you have more questions or concerns. When I've demanded to talk to the vet, I will get a phone call from her later in the day. However, I've never met Dr Breau face to face, not once in 3 years. They used to keep my dog all day no matter how early her appointment was. I'd have to drop her off in the early morning and even though her appointment was a morning visit, it would be between 3 pm and 5 pm when I was given the go ahead to pick her up. It started out as Covid protocols, but 2+ years later it is obvious that it's not about Covid. It seems as though the vets prefer not having to deal with pet owners. Who runs a vet clinic that way? As a customer and a loving pet owner, I'm not okay paying for a vet visit and never getting to share my concerns and questions with the vet directly. Equally, I'm not okay with dropping off my pet to sit in a cage for 5 or more hours for an examination that was scheduled for early morning and probably took all of 20 minutes to complete. Steer clear of this clinic and find a place that you get to be an active participant in your pet's care.

Absolutely horrible company, over charges for everything even with their most expensive plan and due to employees inability to cancel plan that does nothing to start. AVOID-read the reviews, a few bad reviews are not bad but look deeper and you will see that it’s difficult to find a good review. Employees or non managers are wonderful but company as a whole are thieves.

They overbooked my dogs appt at 330pm and I live almost 40 minutes away. Waited 3 hrs when I specifically called ahead to make sure they would have a appt and it wouldn't be a long wait. After 3 hrs of waiting the lady at the front desk said the vet would have him finished in 30 seconds then I waited some more... go to a different banfield.

The wellness plan that Banfield offers for pets is great. However, after signing up for two plans at the location closest to me, they cut their hours (along with some other locations). Now they have no evening or weekend hours. My boyfriend I both work so now we have to make an appointment at another location further away or miss work for an appointment. Also, the Banfield I use will not allow me to pick up the heartworm meds without bringing my dogs in to weigh them. So again, I would have to miss work and bring two excitable schnauzers to the location. I attempted to pick up from another Banfield location but they won't provide meds since they haven't seen my dogs, although they have their records. After my plan expires, I will be finding a new vet.

I've been bringing my dogs here for years. No more. I scheduled an appt for my dogs allergy shot - they told me to bring her in and they'd squeeze her in since it only takes a minute. Come to find out, I have to drop her off. Fine, whatever. I come to pick her up and they take 20 minutes to get her out to me. Another customer picks their dog up and leaves that arrived after me. Wondering whats going on? They bring her out still wet. Guarantee she'd been sitting in her own urine in a cage. This is why i didn't want to drop off. This is why I'll never come back. Aside from that, 150 bucks for an allergy shot? Come on.
