The employees here are so rude and they dont have any management, No wonder …. Never been to a bank with this level of rudeness, and poor service. Customers waiting in line and 6 employees piling and laughing and making jokes and drinking coffee… how can you trust a bank who doesn’t value their customers, if there is ZERO star on ratings, this location would take number one . Always busy,,yet they only ever have 1 teller (maybe 2 when the line is across the bank) Unfortunately, I have to come here weekly for a business account. Plan on 20-30 mins minimum to stand in line. Nightmare

I gave a star because there is no way to give zero I was in this bank until now I waited almost two hours the people passing back and forth and nobody even paid to come to answer me asked what I needed I said they asked to wait and right there I was waiting but I didn't have any service they saw me leaving to leave and they didn't even want to be good to

Of course Bank of America specially this one doesn’t care about reviews since they are one of the biggest banks in America. But they should at least respect they customers and be more organized. At this agency even if you want to make a simple wire transfer you have to wait up to 40 minutes, the employees are all taking with each other around while you wait. You wait and wait , and if you ask one question, they will be even more difficult and give you a hard time. 1 star is still a lot, they deserve 0.

Very Disappointed with the service today. We walked in and the lady at reception, had me waiting over an hr and was not even kind enough to let me know that I had to wait for a open time to be able to talk to a banker. That if we do not have a previous appointment we would have to wait for an opening or a no show up. Forget this business if you want to open a new account they do not have enough people available and that ones that are are only there for show. Very disappointing definately taking my money elsewhere.

It's 4-27-2023. My dad withdrew 16,300$ today and someone followed my dad, broke out his window while he was parked at the hospital and stole the money which was hidden in his truck. The cops said that the same thing happened in the same hospital parking lot 6 months ago from someone leaving the same bank and on other occasions in different places. I just wanted to post this here in case anyone had similar experiences at this bank of America on University bvld. On the other hand the new bank manager was really nice and helpful.

I have been a loyal customer for over 20+ years. This has to be the most understaffed location I have encountered. 1 teller for a line of 15. ATM rarely has any other denomination aside from 20’s. If this is known as a high volume store, it needs to be staffed as such.

Went for an appointment @ Bank of America on University Blvd W. ..I was Warned before about them, Walked in, no one at the front desk, finally greeted to sit on a couch for 20 min. for an Estate Service Appointment, In which when I got in the mans office an bout ten minutes into him looking through my paper work, he stated they didn't handle this an the person that does is in the middle of getting their license, Only for a mgr. to come in an say we can set you up with a phone appointment @2pm from the San Marco branch where it can be took care of. So i was like no problem considering I just wasted my lunch break an got the run around from a bank that knew exactly what my appointment was about, The Best part was I waited for a CALL & NEVER RECEIVED ONE OR ANY MESSAGES.I hope everyone can see the HORRIBLE SERVICE I received @ Bank Of America on University Blvd West..Jax. Fl. 32216 At least The older gentleman in the sportsjacket was helpful & nice!

The point of a Business line is to help businesses continue doing business. In and out... back to work to produce. Everytime I come here their Line is always close. Take the sign down if your not gunna use it.

Don't waste your time. 10 people in line.....One Teller.....Six Employees "Greeting People" when they come in the door and then directing them to the One Teller ever growing line. What the hell? The only reason I went in there is because their ATM machine ate my ATM card. The absolute worst customer service experience ever. Ever..
