The two times I've lost my debit card recently and it was replaced within four days in the mail. I also have an electronic copy available to me so I wasn't without the ability to charge on my debit card. Excellent customer service. Respectful. Always slowAlways have maybeeeeee 2 tellers. Linecalways very long and slow . They seriously need to have more tellers especially on Fridays.Extremely disappointed
