“Hi everyone, I came into Woodforest today. I was greeted by Ms. Tami the Branch Manager she was polite and ready to help. What I notice and don't get much is the team work with the other employees Ms. Dana and Mrs. Bell one worked on my address change and the other counted my money. I was super impressed and felt the comfort of great customer service. I felt like I was not in a sterile environment due to them having pose and awesome customer service. Oh I have found my branch and will go back when I get my business account!!
