Rejected the deposit for a business account because they were open and still had 15mins before closing.
Worst excuse “all tellers have left and is no longer taking deposits” why is this branch still open if they don’t take deposits?
They have to honor time.
FYI this is the only branch that also closes early!

We've had excellent experiences with the Bank of the Ozarks. They are in a new location in Mandarin. The staff here is always extremely friendly and helpful. We like this Bank and recommended to others. We wish they would open a Downtown Branch. Period.

Shenette over at Bank OZK. I’ve been absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. It is on too often especially post Covid that you get erroneous excuses why Cusstomer Service is not properly issued. This is not been the case with a OZK. They have been amazingly helpful and supportive at every turn! As a single mother, trying to put my daughter through private school and keep the rest of my world and normal rotation has been challenging. This past week, I had gone to process my car payment prior to the due date to get it done and out of the way so that the only bill I had to concentrate on was my daughters tuition payment. KIA outsources their customer service and every time you try and get a hold of someone in America or any type of upper management to try and fix your problems they hang up which left me debilitated trying to resolve an improper transaction that posted twice to my account. Shanette was my savior, even though it was not within her scope of work, she took the time to call the proper channels and get approval on a stop check. I can’t tell you how this changed my month! This double posting of a transaction through off my tight budget by over $600 and was a major discrepancy. Without her help, I would not have been able to rectify my daughter‘s tuition. However big the bank they really give it a small bank, feel and always go above and beyond regardless of world events I have been a proud member Ozk bank for over 4years and I am looking forward to the next 20!

I must be this branch's "biggest" depositor, but I always like visiting the branch as they are so courteous and friendly and helpful. I especially like it when they have a table of goodies set out like they do around Christmas. Yum! I've been with OZK for over 4 years, having started with them in Georgia.

The Jacksonville, FL San Jose Blvd. branch is the best bank around! Everyone is kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about the product offerings and what is best for their customer. This branch is ran with small town banking values - they know many of their customers by name and are also very considerate of the elderly clientele. Bank OZK you have my vote for the "Best Bank In Jax"! Kudos to the manager snd staff!
