I went today with my husband and got 10 3-wicked candles. They thought it was a great idea to put all 10 candles in one single bag. We asked the guy multiple times for an extra bag since we were afraid the bag was going to break and it was too heavy and we were still walking around the mall. He refused to give us an extra bag and said that this was Manager’s order. The guy started arguing with my husband before even asking the Manager if he could give us an extra bag. Finally, someone else had to ask the Manager since this guy didn’t even care. If I knew this, I could have asked for two separate transactions to begin with. Never thought asking for another bag was such a big deal after spending +$100. So sad losing a customer for A SINGLE BAG!!! Do better!

I came into this location with my husband and family 2 employees were standing around a corner and when my husband turned the corner he didn't see them and so he proceeded to apologize when he almost bumped into them after he walked around them the 2 female employees proceeded to make a horrible nasty face towards my husband not realizing I was with him and saw them and could hear them saying nasty words that as a decent human I refuse to repeat. I have never received treatment like this at any bath and body works locations except here I spend hundreds of dollars a month at bath and body works and that is now done. I will no longer bring my business or my money somewhere who has employees who treat their customers this way. When I said something to management they did not speak to the girls about it. They said, sorry mam and continued their conversation, so I just walked out the store and didnt purchase the items I had picked out. I will be contacting corporate about this as well. So disappointing.

Great customer service. Love the different scents in candles, wallflowers, lotions, body washes, soap, sanitizers, lip gloss, body sprays, and car refreshers. One stop shop for fragrances.

Daughters favorite place! Mine too when a sale is going on. Staff is always friendly. Caught a buy 3 get one free sale on almost everything in store including miniatures. Love the large selection of candles and different scents. Stopped by to get her monthly dose of must haves and found this cute car scent holder! Had to buy 2.
