Great place to buy a battery. I have been going there for years and their prices have been constantly lower than the dealership. Robert does a diagnostic check on my battery to assure that is the problem. I have 3 mercedes-benz and this is where I get my battery and have saved $100's over the years. These guys prices are CRAZY! Brand new batteries from NAPA are cheaper.Response: I legit bought the same 48ang battery from Napa for $165.00 Brand new.I'm not trying to knock you. But your used battery prices are higher than new battery prices. That was the 3rd time that your quote price was higher than O'Reilly's and Napa. I need you to be competitive.

This store and staff are the finest you could find. I had a battery installed by Robert for $55 and some change for my 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It came with a 6 month guarantee and ability to upgrade. Seriously I couldn't find anything less than $130 and I have 10 days before getting paid. I bought and had a battery installed in less than 10 mins. He checked my old battery first and installed my new one before I could bat a eye. Superior customer service great prices and warranty. I'm so glad I found this store! Excellent experience!

prices were very fair and were substantially cheaper than a dealership or an auto parts store that did not specialize in batteries. Robert was very professional and efficient. He answered all of our questions about various battery options and quickly and professionally installed the battery I purchased.

I have been getting factory second batteries from Battery Connection for years. I have never had an issue, but the 6 month warranty offers great peace of mind! Patrick was extremely helpful and tested my battery before selling me one just to make sure I actually needed a replacement. He even installed the new one! Don't go to the big name places to buy your battery. Support your great local businesses!
