The move is stressful but your company and your employees made it simple and tried to keep me less stressed. Starting with Karen who started the process to Chris who came to my house to check out the move and to the wonderful crew sent to load and unload my furniture, etc. Lamont, Dex, and Bernard were great. They worked careful and quickly. Lamont kept trying to cheer me up during the process keeping me sane. I have no complaints just complements. I have recommended this company to several people, including the realtor who sent me to you, Aline King. Thanks for getting me from one place to the other with no damage. When I say the Bay don’t play, the Bay don’t play. Baymeadows Movers were the bomb.com. From my first call to Lillian, she set the tone for. Wonderful experience. I called on a Wednesday and Chris was visiting on Friday for a walk through. I needed full moving service, packing and delivering and they did not disappoint, a seamless and stress less process. The icing on the cake was Lamont and D- the packed and delivered with ease, they were by far above and beyond the best, friendly and professional! t wasn’t cheap but you get what you pay for so it was so worth it. Highly recommend!

Horrible company to use. They had a task to move our furniture to a storage pod on our driveway. They did over $3,000 in damages. They said they’d repair and their furniture repair employees damaged our LVP floors by dragging a dresser across the room. Denied they did it and left our home, once I reviewed our doorbell camera I caught them talking to each other about causing the damage. No account ability; ghosted me for 3 months about reimbursements for damages to our furniture, floor, and trim/drywall throughout our home. Once I finally got word from them, they said they’ll give me $500 and I can “take it or leave it”.- Ed apparently their claims Emplyee. Be aware of reviews companies solicit from their clients because this is a genuine experience.

I wanted to thank Baymeadows Movers for a great move! In a word, Professional. My team was Lillian, Carlos, and Freddy. From prompt responses, and flexibility, to arriving on time with my items in great shape, I would not hesitate to recommend them all. Down to the smallest detail of finding the box with our family's generational recipe cards in an entire truck full of boxes. I have used your services twice now and couldn't be happier. Excellent job by Baymeadows movers. Arrived on time and were quick and efficient. I used to run a moving business and would have been proud to have them work for me. We will use them again when it’s time to move household from storage to a new location.

We moved from Jacksonville, FL to
Pensacola this past week. After calling another mover that gave us the run-around, we called Baymeadows Moving. We spoke with Lillian, who explained the process to us, and assigned Michael to come to our home and perform an inventory. From there, we were given a quote. Michael also offered some money saving suggestions that turned out to be productive. On moving day, Frank showed up on time and started the organization process. Shortly thereafter, Johnny and his crew, Fabio, Mike, and Freddy came, and like a well ordered machine, packed, wrapped and loaded all of our possessions with speed, skill and efficiency. Within three hours, our old house was empty and clean. Two days later, and Johnny and company arrived at our new home and unloaded everything efficiently and skillfully. WELL DONE! I highly recommend this company. The office ladies had such patience with my moving situation. The movers showed up on time and steady worked ! The movers were top-notch. They did such an excellent job from loading to unloading. They all stay so cheery talking to one another. It was just like another day in the office even though you knew they were pretty beat down from the moving. They never let it show they were Just a cherry fun group who worked hard to get the job done!! Again, highly highly recommend I plan on using them again when I relocate!!
