The people at corporate do not try to work with you at all my mother had just got out of the hospital for stroke and was having problems with the automatic answering system and the people only ask (what was the amount of money you spent at Walmart 3months ago) that Is the only way to verify who you are then we ask for someone else and they ask for her phone number (she didn't know it) I tried telling them but they wouldn't expect me telling them I had to be her (that can barely talk) so she'll be finding an actual bank with people that do their job and care

Shakirah was amazing and very helpful. I recommend asking for her to open any account. She is professional but in a genuinely friendly way.

Stay away from this bank! We had an appointment with Jessica to sign loan papers and she wasn’t there at the time of the appointment. We waited 15 minutes after the appointment and an employee from another bank said they couldn’t get ahold of Jessica. We waited about 5 minutes at the bank before anyone even acknowledged us. I can’t believe Jessica wasn’t at the bank at the time she had an appointment scheduled. Too bad I can’t give this place 0 stars.
