Consistently the worst bank branch I have ever been to. I drive miles out of my way to avoid this place and every time I stop by for a matter of convenience I regret.The manager here must be terrible. Always under staffed with lower quality people working than the beach branch.

Was at lunch break and needed to get money out so I needed to go inside cause my card was compromised, spent 20 minutes in there and had to walk out cause there was only 1 TELLER doing the line and drive thru, couldn't even eat lunch, do better cause this is ridiculous

been at this bank since it was BBVA stopped into this location needing to open an additional business account. Long story short I stopped into this location twice requesting services. Both times months apart she tells me first no, then it's going to be 45 minutes for her to open my account and makes it sound like it's a giant inconvenience to her and finally she doesn't want to do it. Then she told me that I needed to go to another pnc bank because she can't do it because they don't have a bank manager to open a business account after months... So I did, I went to Chase Bank and opened all the business accounts that I needed. terrible customer service. waste of time and energy working with these people.

Horrible experiences at this PNC. Drove a hour for a debit card, they somehow printed it for a closed account? Had to drive back again. Horrible wait each time even though there are multiple employees who are not assisting anyone.

One star is to much for this location. Costumer service is really bad here. Go to the beach location the employees make you feel welcome and actually care and take care of you.

No one works here..... slowest service and lobby is closed.... they might as well shut down.... we only use the beach location now and are considering changing banks because is the most convenient location but two Friday’s in a row we sat for over 20 minutesNot happy at all

I’ve had a mortgage account with them for approximately 4 years. I was told today that there is a late fee on the account for 179. I asked for when and teller could not let me know what it was for so I asked to speak to another officer there. I sat down to wait and a few minutes later another associate approached me and said that there was no way that this branch could pull up my account and the only way to discuss was to call an 800 #. I called them and was told that every branch has access to the information I needed. Per Laziness and there was nobody else in branch. My business had had a business account for over 40 years. I’ll be closing that account as well as finding another bank to carry my mortgage. The current employees there could care less about their customers and that’s a problem.

Horrible customer service. Promise call backs but never call back. Documents lost. 1 month into it and still cant open an account.
