Moronic. All PNC employees are rude but this branch is ridiculous. I was there at 9:30 AM to get a SMALL amount of quarters and the guy said he didn't have any. After several attempts of me saying "What do you mean you don't have quarters? What kind of bank has no money?" he goes: "Well I'm here alone and some other person came in and took them all." WHAT? I don't need a brick and mortor bank anymore and will have to get busy changing to online where you don't have to deal with the bottom of the barrel workers who never are told to act RIGHT.

PNC is the worst bank I’ve ever been with. They are constantly having trouble with the app and website so you can’t check your balance or transaction history a lot of the time. They also have barley any ATMs and if you use another ATM you are going to get charged a lot of money. Their ATMs they do have are always out of order for some reason. I will be switching banks asap. Save yourself some trouble and don’t get an account with PNC because that’s exactly what they will cause for you!

Was better when it was compass. Everything has gone down hill since. Longer waits less friendly staff. Probably time to switch banks haven't had a good experience since the take over.

I have been a PNC customer ever since they opened branches in Jersey over 30 years ago and did not want to switch to a local bank. I have used the drive thru a few times and never have a wait. Staff is always friendly. I love being a PNC customer and so glad they opened a branch here in Jax and less than a mile away from me.

Bad branch, bad service, bad team.Branch looks like a new, but the cashier window is dirty inside. Don't have a time to wipe?Manager spent 15 min just to tell me I can't withdraw my money from my account!"Do you want your money in cash?" - he asked before tell he had no cash.Are you kidding me? No, I meed money in Toys or Post stamps.That's the reason I want to quit the PNC

Have made deposits here numerous times and they NEVER greet you, never say I'll be right with you, they just dont say anything.They send your deposit slip back and dont say thank you have a great day or ANYTHING.I suggested that to the woman at the window that they take some customer service training and she WALKED AWAY FROM THE WINDOW WHILE I WAS TALKING.This place discriminates according to your skin color.I suggest you dont waste your time here.Bunch of people who dont care about their job

Love BBVA. Awesome managers. Jenna is fantastic. Helped us with with a complex situation when 3 other banks refused with asinine rules. Middleburg branch is also great. I have 2 business accounts, 1 personal and 1 joint plus they were super helpful with our mortgage. Great place.

Atm broke all line are four or five cars long and the lobby is closed . This is totally unacceptable

The worst bank ever. Charged me $15 twice for having a low balance in my savings account. This put my savings in a negative balance. They then threatened to put me in collections over $7. All during a national pandemic. I have 4 accounts with this bank, including a credit card in which I pay the balance to $0 each month. I am a solid customer and they just lost all of my business as I will be banking elsewhere.
