There's nothing I can say that hasn't already been said PNC is a complete train wreck. In this age of zero customer service. They strive to be less than zero. I walked into the bank one day to make a deposit and was referred by the one or two employees that were still there. to use an interior ATM to do all of my banking. In other words, they were there apparently to hold up the desk but not to do any actual business with people. Pathetic. This is not apply to this location exclusively. It is all locations of PNC. I think I found one where the people were actually still decent to me. It is a travesty. What banking has become- banking in general.

PNC is sub-par to BBVA. We opened accounts with BBVA in 1999. Never really had any issues with them, I have been putting off the inevitable and I guess it is time to start looking for a new bank.

The 2 employees are nice, but this location is extremely understaffed. I wouldn't go here again.

I’ve had many bank Acct. & this was by far the WORST INCONVENIENT experience I’ve ever had. In order to open an account you will need ID and a bank card w ur name on it (I’m opening an acct for that reason!) social and 2 forms of address not accepted Only another bank card or vehicle reg. Than you have to wait 7-10 business days to receive a bank card in 2023! Any other bank issued the card the same day!! In the process of waiting 2 weeks for a debit card I come in to cash a check from my job (DD) still pending. I’m told I am unable to process transaction due to not having a debit card as 2nd form of ID!!! When I explained to the non English speaking clerk that I’m waiting on a card I am told the check can be cashed but 48 hr hold) people have bills to pay and transactions to make in this cash-less society. I will be opening an account elsewhere they act like they are doing you a favor or grand gesture by letting you put money into your account!! A valid drivers liscense is all any other bank had EVER NEEDED

I have had great service from this bank. The tellers are very polite and they are efficient. No problems here.

Every time i go in there im in and out in less than 15 min. I've never had a better banking expirience and the staff is just wonderful.

Great bank . Great tellers. They know me by name and are very helpful. BBVA does have some policies that suck but ever bank does . The customer service far out weights any bank issues. I do 90% of all my bank here.
