Slowest drive through ever. I could had driven to the riverside branch and back in the time it took to get through the drive through. Average of 15 minutes per car. Horrible service compared to every other branch in Jacksonville.

Worst branch I've ever dealt with in my life. It's too bad because I've always said great things about BBVA. Apparently it all depends on the branch you use. This branch on Dunn Ave has no customer service skills, are very impersonal, did not even pull my account up, didn't ask my name, didn't ask my account number, didn't ask to see my ID, and didn't bother to take two seconds to look at my history with BBVA or they would've seen I've been a customer of BBVA for several years, do major amounts of business using their bank on a daily basis and have had only a spotless banking history with them. Most of my in-person transactions have been with the branch on San Pablo Rd and Beach Blvd and that is an amazing branch with wonderful people working there. I have also been pleased with the branch on Monument Rd. I was appalled and disgusted yesterday with how this branch talked to me and treated me, with how they rudely, basically threw me out the door before letting me finish one sentence. This branch on Dunn Ave is to BBVA, like walking barefoot on nails is to driving a Lamborghini. Horrible experience. I would like to be able to give them a negative star

They have handled our accounts for many years and have always been a pleasure to work with.

Branch was not open to the public due to C-19; ok, I get that, but they do have a bulletproof glass between the tellers and the public, so why closed???? So I waited 35 minutes to make a deposit at the drive-thru window. Note: it was Friday Afternoon, and a lot folks where probably cashing their pay checks. However, my real grip is the on-line banking; note, I will never do banking on my phone for security reasons, but I do on-line banking from my highly protected computer. I just wanted to make sure my deposit was in, so I could pay an internal bill payment on a HELock. I could not log on cause they wanted some sort of double-check because I won't allow them to attach their nasty "easter eggs" (virsus) to my account. My phone does not accept "text" so I could not receive the magic code they wanted to send me. So I had to call some number. Once I called the number I was told by computer voice that it was a one hour wait time, so I just hung up. In my humble opinion, this is a very second-rate bank, that uses very outdated software. I will say I have always found the bank staff/management to be friendly and as helpful as they can be, in spite of the "front office/Foreign ownership" policies. Once they open for "real" I will be closing my accounts.
