On January 26 I went into the branch to make a withdrawal at the teller due to me not having my debit card yet. The lady who works at the door I forgot her name was very polite and professional as she welcomed me into the branch and she also admired my Prince Purple Rain Shirt. As for my experience with the lady at the teller window, very professional and courtous asking how was my day even said hello to me. Very great visit and they get a 5 star from me.

Extremely poor customer service by one of the bankers here. I am giving 1 star because the tellers and a gentleman named Jason were very helpful and personable. It would have been a great experience if it wasn’t for the one individual. I Brought my cousin in to finish setting up her account and given all kinds of run around and claiming she needed numerous types of identification despite providing her valid drivers license and other government issued IDs. Every time she presented another form of ID it was all of a sudden “not the proper type of ID.” When I asked for a solution, all I was told was there was nothing they could do. Very odd because all we needed was for them to issue her a debit card from an account she had already set up. Seemed like they just didn’t want to have to go through the steps of creating a card. I was very surprised by the poor customer service because my husband and I have been banking with PNC for years (hence why I suggested my cousin use them). We will all be reconsidering our banking needs going forward.

Jackie a manager at this location treated my father as common criminal. PNC just had just bought by BBVA where my father had banked for years. My 86 year old father had fraud on his cc in the interim and he called the cc dept for help and they told him he had to visit the branch. But they actually froze his bank account…literally no access to his SSI benefits , pension , 401k everything and he had all his bills coming out of this account. And unfortunately he went to the San José blvd location this woman Jackie blamed him. She blamed him! Because he speaks 2 languages and has to translate from English to Spanish ?? And hadn’t explained things correctly to the representative. My father speaks perfect English with no accent and even if he did. How could she say that to a customer. I have no words . . Just a painful example of racism and ageism. Worst service ever I’ve ever seen from a “manager” Thank Goodness for an actual manager Sally Saxon, she finally resolved everything at the Bartram location. Needless to say he now banks elsewhere.

2% fee to cash a check. Insane. Tried to open an account with them to avoid it. Still couldn't cash it same day. Pointless.

Only did one star because there is no zero. Customer service is terrible, manager is rude. Been here so many times but today they can’t do a withdrawal for my store because there is no signature card. How about - “I’m sorry let’s create one”?!? This branch is run very poorly - I absolutely love the service in other branches I have been to.

3 tellers working, I'm the only person in the lobby and I had to wait 17 minutes to make a cash deposit. Another employee in one of the offices.

Deposited $600 into Atm to have it give error "Sorry retaining funds" then atm temp offline. Call immediately in front of atm open dispute 19 days later money debited without warning. Call and they tell me funds were counted and even. Umm yes because you kept it so did you just pull deposit report and count and decide case closed. Because yes it should show you have that $600 but then if you go into report more that it wasn't credited to account!! And I should just be like oh ok thanks for trying?!? horrible pray now bought out change will come but might be withdrawing and moving banks! 8 yrs no problems but dang was the first one a big one!

Came in to get a bill of sale notarized. The man tried to help, although wasn't very helpful.When we asked for another bank member who was more experienced he began raising his voice. And then tried to act like he didn't just raise his voice, because he was offended that we asked for someone else.Very unprofessional way to act.

The tellers are very nice each time I go there!! They even know my name each time I come, this bank definitely has a hometown feel.

I like BBVA a nice small bank but it is getting to be bad in customer service, morgage and financial advisers don't do they best to work with you. But not seeing to have all the knowledgeable.
