My friends and I have been getting our nails done here for a while. The old nail techs were great but we haven’t seen them in a while and the new techs are not very nice and charge crazy amounts for minimal art. Our nails often are left not cleaned up which should be bare minimum for spending $65 on dip. But then when you ask them to clean it up they give an attitude. It’s sad because we used to love coming here but I don’t think we will go back.

They provide a nice pedicure chair and can add detailed design to their super durable, quality OPI bubble bath dip manicure. I wish they would be more careful with my nails.

I travel from Georgia to Florida to get my toes and nails done at Bella Diva. The service is excellent and I feel like family when I am there.

I have been going here constantly for years with both friends and family. Over the past year it has gone incredibly downhill. I always make an appointment with the same nail tech, Mindy. But I soon learned that this would be my final appointment here. I always make my
appointments and show up on time in order to get my nails soaked off, and to get the nail tech I like best. Continually I am told to wait, well after my appointment time. This time I waited 40 minutes due to her picking up a walk-in client before my appointment. Both before, during and after, I was nicked by both Philip (he had to soak me off due to me sitting there for almost an hour after my service even started without anyone working on me) and Mindy causing me to bleed in my appointment. After I waited she did my SNS color and yet again passes me to one of the lady's who does pedicures (definitely not who I asked for or made an appointment with). Due to her inexperience I was left with cloudy nails from all of the air bubbles in the polish. To add on Mindy after only spending 20 minutes with me, left me the client who made an appointment, and went to another person and fished her out from start to finish just like I had scheduled when I made this appointment. I am extremely disappointed in this salon and now have to find a new one that won't be a waste of my time and money.

Loved how my nails were done for a spring wedding I was attending! They matched the exact color of my dress and had the prettiest floral designs. Perfect for the season. The nail tech did such a great job and was really careful with the details. I've done acrylic with gel and a matte finish, all for an affordable price! Got lots of compliments—highly recommend.

Bella diva is a wonderful full service nail and hair salon. Everyone here was wonderful, professional, and friendly. I had a manicure and pedicure and Lilly was absolutely fantastic. My pedicure is gorgeous and she gave me the most wonderful massage for my feet and lower legs. The entire staff here were so friendly and I love that all of the staff look so professional in their matching salon jackets. I definitely will return and tell all my friends about Bella diva hair and nail salon!

Customer Service is not what it used to be. One shouldn't go to a nail salon and be treated with attitude not to mention if you ask for gel but get regular polish and the stones were not even hot and the product I paid for was not all used. I don't like to complain but this is not an isolated situation and they have lost me as a customer for good now!!!!

Only leaving a review because their somewhat nice people, but the quality of the nails only last for a week when i’ve been to places that have much longer lasting nails, they charge very pricey only for them not to last long. They also caused ring of fire in my nail beds, and it burns. Nice people but would get better training nail techs.

I love this place! I get SNS and they are always quick. I have never had an appointment AND have never had to wait. They are also good at designs, I typically come in with a photo from Pinterest and they match it. My nails last about 3-4 weeks, which they have never lasted that long before at other nail salons. They have ranged in price from $40-$45 depending on if I have gotten a design/extra colors or not, which is an excellent price!

Poorly run
Sat in chair, soaked nails, walk ins were taken and I was forgotten! They asked me to come back tomorrow!

I have been faithfully doing my nails here for over 5 years. They never disappoint. My pedicure last about a month and my nails well over two weeks. If anything happens prematurely, they always address it without any fuzz. Nguyen does amazing nail art.
