I had a terrible experience with my nail tech, she was very rude and passive aggressive. When I showed her the French tip style I wanted she didn’t look at the picture. She did not make my nails look uniform they are different lengths and widths I’m so disappointed. The shop is nice but the customer service from the tech was not there. I will not be back and I don’t recommend you go either.

PawKee did an excellent pedicure for me. This was a place I came to on a whim. My coworker has been coming here for a while and we decided to get pedis after work. So glad I came because it’s honestly one of the best pedicures I’ve had in a very long time. Thank you!

Took very long to service me and once serviced stopped multiple times to talk and carry on. During my pedicure my water went completely cold before they even came back to do my feet. Charged me for a full service but didn’t receive that full service. Will not be returning back here. Not worth the $60 spent.

Hi Everyone first allow me to say I have found me an excellent and clean Nail Spa business.
I want to personally thank Kee (Paw,Kee) for her professional work for treating me like a Queen that I am. I enjoyed my Me time and I look forward into going back to them and I will always request for Kee (Paw,Kee) to do my Pedicure and Manicure with my natural nails she was very friendly and polite she deserves more than a 5 Star ⭐️ Let’s just a 💯 from me. It’s sad when you have to go around the world 🌎 to be treated like a Queen. Now I have found my destiny of being pampered. Once again thank you Bellezza Nails Spa for having Kee (Paw, Kee) as one of your Nail technicians. I hope to see you soon.

My usual nail place was closed on Mothers Day. So I chose this place to go for my Mother’s Day relaxation time away from my kids for an hour.
It was all stress and NO relaxation….
I went with a friend and they did a terrible pedicure, even put lotion on one leg wrapped the other in a towel and forgot to rub the lotion in and then moved on to painting the nails.. without rubbing in the lotion. I asked for acrylic color because I felt 15$ for gel and 5$ to clip toenails was just to much when clipping should just be apart of it. She burnt my toes multiple times when she was drilling off old gel and got mad when I pulled away because it hurt so bad. She seemed to get an attitude and began whispering to the lady next to her doing my friends toes and pointing and looking at us.( Blantly being disrespectful because we had only been kind to them) When the toes were finally painted and they took off the cold wet towel from my legs it had dried lotion all over them that they didn’t remove. I also reached down and showed her the color I picked out and the color she painted them was totally wrong I asked for a neon pink and she gave a purple… when I showed her this she just giggled and did not even attempt to fix the problem.
Also during this terrible pedicure another lady wanted me to hold my arms up while she tried to put on tips for me and she got mad when I told her my arm needed a rest from holding it up..
Then when it was time for my manicure they sat my friend and I on opposite sides of the building and again I was burned with the drill while she was fixing the tips that she put on crooked and not level. I made sure to check every color before she began on my nails since they didn’t fix the toe nail color.
During this manicure she kept getting up to go help others and pick up the phone, which made the manicure take forever.
I decided not to complain about the color and just pay and leave. When i went to check out they tried to charge me for gel toes which I then explained I got acrylic because I wasn’t interested in the 15$ gel and 5$ toe clipping. she asked the lady who did my pedicure and she said she did gel, so the lady said well I charge you for gel because you got gel and I said no if she put gel that’s her problem because I asked for acrylic, I had to ask multiple times for her to remove the charge and she eventually removed it after I refused to be bullied by them.
It was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been going for over a decade living in multiple states.
My Mother’s Day gift of getting my nails done was such a let down because of this place, I should have known it from when I walked in when there was no music, no tv, and no good vibes.

Kim did an amazing work on my nails. I came in without an appointment and let her pick the shape of my nails. I needed a full set with gel polish and they came out so beautiful and the price was absolutely fair. Thank you so much.

I love my pedicure from Pawke, she is the best pedi I’ve had in years. She is very gentle with the nail file and digging/clipping, and takes her time with the callous scrubbing with the pumice (I don’t use the grater). My feet always look and feel amazing! Her personality is warm and welcoming. She is a gem!

The employee that serviced my fingernails did not communicate well. I requested multiple times for the color on my fingernails to match the one for a pedicure I just received only minutes before in the same shop. She informed me that I wouldn't see the true color until the end. The colors still do not match. She also did not set the polish well. The clear top coat peeled within the same day of getting them done and the dip powder she used to overlay my nails was chipping by the next day. It has only been a week and I already have 6 chipped nails.

I thought this was a really good establishment on my first visit of 2 visits. The lady soaked my acrylic nails off. She did a great job with the soak off. She doesn't know how to shape the nails to fit my nail, to look more natural and she cut my cuticles, and made them bleed on two of my fingers. I did return for a second visit, since it wasn't too bad, the first time and the prices were pretty good. During my second visit, she did not soak my nails off, she instead chipped them off, which damaged my real nails. She then cut my cuticles several times, I had a cut on each finger, to which I did not realize until I washed my hands and felt thr burn all over. My nails still were not shaped to look natural, but the young lady that did my pedicure did a wonderful job. I would only return back here to receive a pedicure from that same young lady. The establishment is very clean. The staff is very kind. They did try to push me to get things that I didn't wanna get, such having my nails shaped a certain way or getting designs or other services that cost more, but when I pushed back and refuse over and over and over again, they stopped, the bathrooms are very clean.
