Took my new baby in for his first appointment. I've been coming here since 2012 and they've always treated my fur babies with nothing but care. Was a little hesitant about coming in after just being here in December having to put my other baby to sleep but they were still very caring and compasionate and extremely happy to see me starting a new love story with my new love.

The reason I'm giving 2 starts is just because today I took my pet to get his nails trimmed, I have been loyal to them for quite some time and Never had anything bad to say except today.....as I walk in with my dog and my son, there was a few people on the front counter so I decided to sit and wait the lady with RED HAIR that was there saw me sit down and address me like this I'm assuming you found THAT dog?? In my head I was like what??? I decided to contain my self And ignore how rude and disrespectful she was ....I'm Hispanic and I was in my Cracker barrel uniform because I had just finished my shift, why do people assume ...just because I'm Hispanic and I can not own a French Bulldog.

It was my first time coming here with my senior kitty Blanca. She had some sort of tiny abscess or cyst on her foot and the dr was very caring and compassionate. I will be returning with the rest of my crew! Blanca says thank you!
