I hadn't been to Best Buy in over a year. But I had an amazing experience on my trip there a week ago. I was immediately greeted upon walking in the door and was offered a basket while I was at the checkout counter talking to an employee. She offered a variety of options for what I was looking for and even offered other items and services that might be of interest. The store was stocked and very clean. Everyone I came in contact with was polite and helpful. I'll definitely be back!

I urgently needed a new phone after my old one had stopped working and Ty helped me buy one, helped set it up and even waited 45 mins past her shift trying to help me because I had trouble gaining access to my old Google account.

Ordered an AirPod pro2 online and went to pick up it and that I got was AirPod 4. The box said pros2 and but that’s not what came in the box. So I had to reorder them and was told it would be in about a week, so a week past went in to pick up my AirPods pro2 and was told it’s on the way will be in next day. Okay no worries I’ll come tomorrow, next day I’d called and was told there wasn’t any pros I would have to wait another week for it to some to come in. I’m a bit stunned because the manger told me it was on the way now it wasn’t even on the way to begin with.

Their products will mysteriously break a day or two after the (very short) warranty's deadline.
The monitor bought from here had a loose screw behind the screen's broken spot.
Buy from reputable sources instead.

Ordered a printer online. The web site had a next day delivery. its been 2 day and Best buy AI was no help. Best buy has no control over there delivery company Roadie
