Walked found what I needed and went to "checkout" registers at the front. No one was there. Told by an employee just standing at the front door to go to customer service and wait to check out. I then waited 15 minutes behind multiple customers with returns and exchanges which is meant for customer service. If I didn't need what I stopped in for right then I would have just left and ordered online.

Including the manager, they are disconnected from the corporate. Their insignia brand offers free replacements for screen protectors, it’s written in the box, bestbuy chat confirms it, yet they don’t know in the store. Also, grossly understaffed, waited around 20 minutes for a check-out, they were doing customer service on the same line. Now I started to understand why Amazon is doing great!

Brought in my laptop to replace battery, laptop was operating fine before tech removed old battery. Once the old battery was removed the laptop failed to reboot. Was told I was SOL, not in those words but that was the result. Wrote to management but haven’t heard a word. Will not return

What happened to customer service. Went in to purchase a TV could not get any employee to even acknowledge me, so another employee walked by and I asked does he work there I need help with a purchase of a TV and he replied, I work here but uhm oh I'm not a salesperson.... so he couldn't get a sales person for me? Well I left the store and purchased my TV elsewhere. So sorry , you would've had a huge TV purchase Best Buy, but due to your non helpful staff member, I chose to spend my money somewhere else for my TV purchase. I will never return back to this establishment.

Immediately-customer service is HORRIBLE! And even saying HORRIBLE is an understatement. For someone like myself, who has years of experience in customer service, I am very upset with Best Buy. My son purchased a TV from the Town Center location today, an open box Samsung 50 in. The legs and remote were missing when we got home to set it up, but it had 2 power cords at the bottom of the box. I was even told Geek Squad checks everything out before it is placed on the floor when it is returned. I called the store number and was routed 6 times to multiple online reps that advised me that there was nothing they could do. One rep even said I can drive to Lakeland, Fl to get another TV since she couldn’t find one in the area. Again, no remote and no tv legs which the box says it should be there. I live 40 mins away from the specific location and told be given the runaround bothers me as money was spent and insurance was added. For the love of people, please fix your customer service! Entirely too big of a brand to have a care in the world.

Normally come here all the time and order curbside which I will stick to because check out sucks inside. Had to go to three registers to checkout just to be told only customer service can check me out.

I walked into the store with my choice of receivers narrowed to two units the store had in stock. No associates were near the car audio so I walked to the TV section and asked the associate there. He said he didn’t have experience with car audio and he would call (radio) another associate to assist me. I waited a few minutes and the began searching other retailers on line for information. After about 15 minutes, I decided to make my purchase from Crutchfield. The courteous tech at Crutchfield gave me very good information. My order ships today for free. I’m really looking forward to receiving my order!

Racist as hell the representatives were laughing at me and telling me how my tv wouldn’t fit in my car happy to say my tv made it home but I cried on the way home from how mean the reps were

This Best Buy is ok. They don't carry everything and it's a hit or miss on the things you are looking for if you haven't checked for availability on the app first
