Matt the manger there is extremely rude and doesn’t seem like he is suited very well for a management position. I drove 30 min to the store to show up for a 1:40 appointment and was told it would be another hour before I could be seen. The manager said it happens and made no real effort to help or even hear my concerns. Will not shop at Best Buy again.

I wish that those who choose to work in customer service would do a little bit better job of trying to deliver on the “service” piece. As someone who’s very understanding and patient, I expect the same level of service to be given to me as I give to the employees. I had issues returning an item bought online and the in-store associate just wasn’t helpful. I did not like the experience of hearing “oh she just wants to hear it from a manager”. He was pretty dismissive and maybe if he cared just a little more about his job he wouldn’t hate it as much. The experience that I had today overall was pretty terrible and I wish I would’ve gotten a different associate or atleast one who would’ve given me a bag for my pick up order? I would not recommend shopping at this location. I have yet to have a good experience at this particular location. Service seems to be the very last thing they care about. Please take this as an opportunity to embrace this much needed feedback and make changes. And if you are going to manage or atleast call yourself a manager please tell your associate to be better or find a job where he doesn’t have to ‘help’ anyone.

Had a very pleasant experience with a TV purchase today. Lary was very helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I'd also like to give positive feedback to Tanner who has helped us our with appliance purchases and has been a pleasure to work with as well. The store itself is under staffed but the employees you do have are doing a great job. Keep up the great work and to management, do some hiring!

CONSUMER ALERT!! I've been pretty happy with Best Buy's program in the past - Then they changed the "Total Tech Program" - a Downgrade - Then a NEW FEE popped up on the Best Buy Citi-card 2025 - $2.00 fee, they call it interest when you call, But the statement reads-NO INTEREST" - Sounds like a CON in my opinion - it's either a fee or interest, it can't be both! - Note the PIC! I got angry and they refunded me for 2 months fee! Know what your getting into with their card!! AND, CHECK OUT THAT INTEREST RATE!!! This is NOT Store related, it's Best Buy/Citi Bank related!

Worst Best Buy location by far. First, there is one line for everything(customer service, online pickup, checkout, etc) so I order something online to pick up in store, I have to stand in a very long line to pick up my item. Other Best Buys have multiple locations to go to depending on what you need.
Second, multiple times I have ordered online where it would state "ready in 1 hour" and it would not be available all day. If they can't honor what they say, then don't say you can do it.
Third, I just bought a open box excellent Sonos Sub, only to get home and find that it's missing the power cord. Now I have to drive the 45 minutes back to either return the item or have them give me a power cord.
Finally, it's like winning the lottery just to get someone to help you out when you are looking for help on something. There have been multiple times where I would like to purchase a tv but could not get anyone to help me to get the tv I wanted.
I will be driving a little further in the future to just go to the St Johns location, at least they have adequate customer service and have staff members willing to assist you.
This location desperately needs a overhaul in reformation.
