“Just bought two Skyway bikes from Planet BMX. For one of them, I needed a matching front brake, which their site helpfully guided me to. I emailed after the purchase to request some help to purchase a matching cable, which I could not find (likely my IT skills or lack of). A super helpful chap called Richard emailed straight back to share that he would 'find some and pop it into the order at no charge'. Both helpful / kind and very much appreciated. Lots of businesses share how great they are, and some even prove how great they are! Thank you Planet BMX and I'm sure my son is going to love his Skyway that the old man had when he was age 11!”

“Came to the store for the first time for some miscellaneous parts. Had to come back 3 times in the same day total due to sizing issues with what I needed. (my fault) I brought the bike with me on the last time around. I showed up an hour before they closed on a Saturday and these guys not only got me the right parts but actually worked on the bike, got it right, and gave me some tips on some other areas of my build. “Picked up my Specialized bike from wasn't very pleased with the way it fit and considered returning it. Then the tire went flat and I just didn't want it anymore. I took it in for service and Robby was great! Replaced the tubing, cut the seat down, changed out my handle bars, recommended a comfortable seat, and now it fits PERFECT!
