This was truly an awesome experience. Such helpful and knowledgeable staff ( George, Jen, and Tina) at the Orange Park location. The cleanest store I've encountered thus far. So neatly arranged.

Braelin and Randy were great helpers. Super chill and nice. I didn't catch the other workers' names, but they all were zipping around to get everything ready for closing. I heard someone say that they had cleaned the bathrooms and taken out the trash. Nice store. Nice people. Nice bargains.

Mr Randy store manager at Big Lots store # 1366 Merrill Rd, deserves 10 Stars ! He went beyond the call of duty, I am a senior lady ,my son bought me a reclining chair from Big Lots 7/13/23 . I was having a problem with my chair, Mr Randy came to my house tools and all, he resolve the problem, and now my chair is fine. He would not accept anything , he said he was glad he could help ! Now you all know from now on I will be shopping Big Lots on Merrill Rd. & i'm hoping to run in to Mr Randy. In all my lifetime I have never had customer service like this ! Thank You so much Mr Randy Redessa O.

Big Lots is my go to store to find things discontinued in other stores. You can possibly find it in Big Lots in bigger sizes.

Had a lot of fun in the store today. Really nice customers and a nice employee at the front cashier. I'd say the place is a little low on merchandise, but that can change at any time. All in all are pretty good experience.
