I purchased tires March of 2022. Yesterday I hit an object in the middle of the road had to have spare put on and proceeded to BJ's. Upon arrival I go tell the 1 man working the tire dept my situation. He checks tire and of course it's beyond repair needs replaced. So my warranted tire 20000 miles on Goodyear 65000 miles tires are not in stock. Have to wait till Monday. Seriously all the tires there and the 1 I need isn't available. I guess I'll go to COSTCO. The tire department at BJ's is pathetic. I'll never purchase tires there again

Membership expired by a few days, didn't realize it, until I went to buy gas. Was completely empty, past E. Asked the gas attendant for help bc pump wouldn't work, he asked if the card was expired, saw it was expired by a few days. I told him on way past empty, can u help me, and I'll go in to renew my membership. He refused, I told him I was completely on empty explaining my situation, he didn't care, and as he turned to walk away, he whispers as* hol* I guess if your not a member, your not part of the family anymore! Lol The night it happened I talked to a girl who said she would talk to that guy, wanted to follow up with this. So disappointed.

4 aisles of toys at Christmas. Signs taped everywhere saying "buy 1 her one half price" so we picked up 2 kids toy chairs. They rang up full price. Manager walked with me to toys where one of those signs were taped to one of the chairs. His snide response was "its a chair" But it wad a toy chair with the 1/2 off sign taped to it. After 6 weeks of run around with corp customer service and "we cannot make a decision" comments I've ceased my membership

Went to BJ's in Orange Park Florida yesterday and wish I had never just purchased a membership, wanted to purchase their deli chicken, asked the butcher when he thought more would be ready, the man said to me extremely rudely "I don't know lady ". I was so taken a back from his response that I froze. Then I looked over to see two women who were handing out samples and said to them "that just happened, right ". They both said yes reluctantly as they didn't want to lose their jobs. If corporate or customer service manager reading this please tell me how to get my money back that was spent on membership. I bought 4 Bridgestone tires a year and a half ago and went to have them rotated ...wow so first off I bought valve stem chrome caps ..gone and I requested i wanted to keep them because they lost them first time ... again gone anyway so they rotated my tires I left noticing road noise si I called them and they stated they were so swamped ..... that was a lie ...went straight back and they said that the front tire had a flat spot ( manufacturer defect ) and wanted $170,00 to replace it with a different tire ( still under warranty ) after that call I went somewhere else closing out my membership and have nothing more to do with BJs poor services 3 times on the chrome valve stem caps as well ....the tire department and there warranty are absolutely not abiding to there service.....don't get your blemished tires at BJs ....over $800,00 and 1 blemished tire that they will not replace ....I bought all matching tires today for Half of that price and the warranty is replacement free for any reason !

Horrible. Service was great but meal was awful l. An overall bad experience. Will never come back. Meal poorly cooked and the attitude of the manager completely unacceptable

We dined here years ago. A good experience. This visit was no different. Very friendly and professional hostess. Excellent service from Jordan. Ahimsa tuna poke was excellent. Queso dip was terrible...not real cheese, but processed, melted cheese whiz. Entrees were very good. Dessert was delicious. Drinks were potent and refreshing.

Usual brew house atmosphere. Seating in and out. Menu choices were numerous and reasonable price. Wait staff was attentive.

This week I purchased a BJ's membership card. Today was my first shopping adventure. I purchased the membership online, so I had to go to customer service to get a card. The process took five minutes, pretty quick! Then I headed to the clothes section and found two shirts and a pair of pants.I walked the entire store to see all of the goods for sale. I tried a sample of chicken salad and it was pretty tasty. I was disappointed I didn't see Bud Light Seltzer. But I found Pepsi mini cans in a 30-pack. I bought the obligatory toilet paper and was happy to find a $3 coupon in the sales ad. I didn't understand why I had to clip coupons or get online to download them to my card. The other wholesale store I've shopped at since college automatically took the coupons off at check out.Speaking of check out, it was fast! I'm excited because BJ's is not far from my house. I'll be back soon!

This place is nasty the floor and bathroom is alway dirty manager dont care about cleaning,cooks are desorganice and very unrespoinsable,the food consistency is very suck,they dont have a profesional comucation each other this place only worry about the money and not the guest

We have joined this club's location since BJ's has opened this store on Philips Hwy. While shopping there for many years, we have noticed how service in this store has improved. With very friendly staff it is a pleasure to shop there. Especially, we would like to recognize the manager of that store-Tom. He personally assisted us with purchases of big items. Also, gas prices and digital coupons system just amazing. No other stores can compete with BJ's. We love BJ's and recommend to everybody.

They have lots of items on the menu, but seafood selection is rather limited. I had brussel sprouts salad with tri-tip. Not as good as I hoped. They have their own beers and selection of other brands is limited. Their lager I had was very average.

FIRST visit gone wrong! We will never try BJ’s again because of our bad experience and are easy to please customers but our experience at this restaurant was just unfavorable. Party of 4. It took 45 mins to get our entree and the server Cassandra forgot to deliver our appetizers. We came in at 6:30P, had to wait for 20 mins to get seated despite of confirmed reservation through Open Table and didn’t get out of there until 8:30P due to unbelievably SLOW service. Once and done! Never again.

We had a friend's trip in town and needed a place to hangout while waiting for the rest of the group arrived. This BJ is approx ten minutes from the airport and provides a great place to hold up. They also have a really nice patio area, but unfortunately, it was raining during our trip, so we chose to sit inside. In addition, they have great happy hour specials on drinks and some of their appetizers which are cost effective. They have extremely wide selection of brews and appetizers to choose from. We were able to grab some snacks and drinks for a decent price. The service was kind of haphazard without the amount of time it took to get things ordered and delivered.
