The food was good, but took too long to come and we were forced to get a larger pizza because the ones we ordered ran out? Server wasn't on point and threw the host under the bus regarding the

The clam chowder soup and caprese salad was great. I have enjoyed every dish I've eaten so far, just wish the dessert menu had more options. I'm not a piezookie eater but could definitely enjoy a cheesecake or chocolate cake! ?

Food is good, for 2 mich ultras 14.50 are you kidding me. We are not at a jaguars game. The owner should have a problem with this but obviously he's very greedy individual. Will never go back . It's not about the money it's the principle. Never have we came close to that price for 2 mich ultras and we eat out alot.

Made a reservation a day ahead of time for a party of 12. Had to wait 40 mins after our reservation time to be seated. Another 30 mins before food order was taken. Not a single person in our party was happy with their meal. Pasta came out room temperature and already setting up. Steamed broccoli was not steamed and still raw. Chicken was flavorless. Burger was a greasy soggy mess. I’m in disbelief that this location is even open and running.

Had an excellent visit. Got the prime rib special. And had a beer while waiting for my food to be ready. Wasn't crowded at all.Wheelchair accessibility: Have ramps for wheelchairs. Also ramps inside for getting around.

My wife and I have eaten at B.J.'s restaurants in several states and, in general, we like the atmosphere and the food. This past Sunday we decided to eat lunch out and after eliminating several popular restaurants due to my wife's dislike of various cuisines, we chose B.J.'s in the St. John's Town Center in Jacksonville, FL. As we were being seated we walked by a lot of trash on the floor. We were seated in a booth and adjacent to us was an area that looked like a family with a lot of small children had dined - scraps of paper napkins, a plastic fork, chunks of food etc. on the floor. Our server who identified herself as, I think, Marissa, took our drink order and came back fairly quickly with our waters. She took our order, two salads, and left. As we were sitting chatting I looked to my right and noticed that the ledge that ran the length of the booths had a significant layer of dust.Marissa came back after about fifteen minutes and apologized for the wait. She said that there was a new person making the salads. Fortunately we were in no hurry because we didn't receive our order until about 45 minutes after we had placed it.When our salads arrived I commented to my wife that the amount of chicken in my Santa Fe salad looked like half as much as in the picture in the menu. My wife discovered some onions in her salad even though she had asked Marissa to have the chef take them out. Other than the aforementioned issues our salads were very tasty.Neither my wife nor I mind waiting a little extra as a result of someone training but 45 minutes did seem a bit long. My question is, don't the trainee's have some experienced individual guiding them?I am a great believer in the fact that any business is only as good as its manager. The lack of housekeeping and the long delay in receiving our food is a direct reflection on the training of the staff and the guidance given and enforced by the manager. My question is, where was the manager during the one hour we were there. If he/she/they was present he/she/they wasn't very observant and if he/she/they wasn't present - why?My wife and I will not be eating at B.J.'s in the Town Center again.

Food was aweful. 5 meals and an appetizer and needless to say between taste, over seasoning, and presentation it was not impressive. Table wasn't clean when we were sat, however our waiter Josh was absolutely amazing and made the experience much more pleasant. If it weren't for him I probably would've vocalized a lot more.

The service was very slow, and our total time in the restaurant was well over two hours for four adults and two kids, even though we were seated within a few minutes. Anyone with kids knows that it is a long time for kids to sit at a table. We expected better food for the price. My burger was dry and well done, and my wife's fillet was overcooked, and she had ordered it med/rare. By the time she got her replacement steak, she was no longer hungry after waiting so long for the food. Oh, and our appetizer, nachos, took over 30 minutes to come out. This was my first time at this restaurant, and with all the competition in the area, it is highly likely I will not try them a second time. And to top it off, we missed our Top Golf reservation (which was a 2.5 hour wait), thinking we had plenty of time, so plan accordingly if you decide to eat here.
