This place was amazing! Not only did they fit me in and figure out my vehicle issue, the service was well over 100%! They were super fast, super helpful and even gave me info that my.insirance would cover most the repair price! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Our quick family weekend getaway came to a abrupt halt when we struck an Armadillo on I-95 and our car went in reduced power mode. BLC Automotive was able to see us the next day and diagnose the problem and order the part we needed. It was a holiday weekend and once they received the part on the following Monday, they were able to fix the damage and we left on time for home! A great staff and they did not try to price gouge! If we didn't live in South Carolina I would bring all my vehicles to them!! Can't thank yall enough!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

DOESN'T. STAND BEHIND REPAIRSHIGHER REPAIR COST FOR NO CUSTOMER LOYALTYTensioner Assembly & Serpentine Belt replaced 12/09/21 within 6 months the Tensioner started rattling. I was unaware at that time that I had even given the mechanic at BLC permission to replace anything but the Serpentine Belt and to do an oil change. Since I was unaware of the repair I was also unaware the Tensioner pulley had a year warranty. Also, the front office staff did not review the invoice with me or notify me of any warranty. Today I was sorting thru repair invoice and looking thru them I noticed I had an invoice from BLC AUTOMOTIVE dated Dec of 2021 with a Tensioner assembly replaced So I called BLC AUTOMOTIVE and spoke with the front office staff who informed me that the parts all had a year warranty and that since the warranty had passed there wasn't anything she could do , no discount she could offer knowing I had just had the same part replaced. She knew me as a frequent customer and remembered me as soon as I called since I serviced myvehicle at this shop for a couple years faithfully and would have thought a kind gesture to offer a discount to have the same part replaced at this shop within 2 years would be the least she could have done for a loyal customer.BLC AUTOMOTIVE is not loyal to their customers and must not care if we take our repairs elsewhere.THANK YOU BLC AUTOMOTIVE!!!

I love blc they help me out alot when other dealers ship try and rip me off they give great service great customer service as well the lady's in the office are friendly kind and they to get ur fixed the same day not 2 or 3 day later I will be come back ❤️

My daughter took her car into BLC automotive to have the alternator replaced. She had the battery replaced and the alternator tested a few days before and was told that the alternator was "bad". BLC charged her $386 for the part and labor. Ten days later her car would not start. We took the battery to autozone who told us that the brand new battery was only 36% charged. We left the battery with autozone to be charged. We get the battery back and the car starts. We go back to autozone and have the alternator tested again and it has a "bad" reading. My daughter took the car to another shop to get another opinion. Again she was told the alternator is bad and needed to be replaced. I called BLC and spoke with the female who answered the phone. She was very rude and told me if we bought the car back to have the alternator checked that it would cost my daughter another $95 because they did not diagnose the car before they replaced the alternator because they replaced the alternator per the customer's request.The next day it stopped working again. We had the car towed to another shop where the BLC alternator tested bad again. We purchased an alternator from Advance Auto and had it put in by this shop. When we got the BLC alternator back we took it to Advance auto. The machine it was tested in gave a "FAILED" reading. BLC are thieves and do bad business. Taking advantage of a young college student who's doing her best to be successful by working and going to school and it is imperative that she has a safe working vehicle. I didn't want to believe that a business would do this to anyone that is why we had the alternator tested many times. They should be shut down, never to do this to anyone again.

I just last week got my car back after they replaced the engine. I have had so many issues in the past with shops not fixing the problem and trying to tell you something else is wrong . This shop is not like that. They did a really good job and my 2015 chevy cruze runs like a brand new car. They kept me informed with everything that was going on and most off all they fixed exactly what they were supposed to and they have it puuuuring like a baby kitten...You can't even tell the car is on and running its so quiet ..Thank you.They even have me coming back soon for a check-in to double check everything and make sure it is all good still.So far perfect...Thank you BLC...Service: Engine repair

Good repair job after my truck was vandalized, replaced the broken window with a good quality one and no problems with the mechanism, however they could have at least bothered to clean it up before they installed it. New ignition switch installed as well but the fitment doesn't seem perfect. Overall pretty decent job however the job was over $1k you'd think they would have had a little more care for the details of the job they were doing. They also left the truck in a bit of a messy state.Services: Auto glass services

The service is always great! Friendly direct positive and go above and beyond service. I get monthly calibration done always in and out. Free a/c check done professionally. No long waiting. Great service and quality maintenance. They have earned my business and I will service all my cars here. Highly recommended.
