I've come here a few times now for different needs. Brakes, sensory, all things related to my Toyota rav 4 needs! Brandy and Tammy are two of the most honest, knowledgeable, non-pushy, trustworthy people ive encountered in this industry! They are helpful and thorough and assisted me when I wasn't sure what to do. They took care of me as if I were family- not a customer. For all these reasons and more, I will continue to return here and share their business with everyone!!!

I took my car in early and they had it for several days without even looking at it. I was never given an update and had to call in and was lied to that my car would be seen that day or the next. Also as someone else said whomever answers the phone has a nasty attitude. This place is not as great as it was a few years ago, not sure if management changed but please do better.

Customer service desk and Car technicians do not communicate well. Meaning work order completion time. Updating the customer of when parts arrive and even accounting for non available car technician to complete work. Over 4 separate occasions I had to wait to be put in rotation just to tighten bolts on work that was completed by their technicians. Brand new catalyst converter has strip bolts. One transmission repair took 3 months and the errors on the vehicle occurred again. And again. within 2 months of driving from their car lot when the diagnosis has the same problems.

Had BLC inspect brakes for serviceability on a Toyota 2020 Corolla BLC recommended brake pads and rotors be replaced, parts prices were inline with current pricing at auto parts stores and labor was inline with current auto labor rates. I ask to see parts that were replaced with the new parts with no problem from BLC. Job was performed in a timely manner with no issues from my perspective. I’m happy.

Great experience I had a airbag light on my Corvette, the lady's got it in and fixed next day there was a wire connector that was loose they fixed and drove it and no codes or light anymore. Thanks so much I will send any of my friends and car club buds to see you when they want quality work at a great price.

My transmission went out and BLC handled calling and setting up the tow to their shop. Once it arrived, they informed me and informed me on when it was next to go in. Kept me in the loop every step of the way with a quick text. Fast service and they did an amazing job. Highly recommend BLC Complete Automotive.
Couldn't see my second review, so I'm editing this first review....
Had my 500 mile transmission rebuild follow up today after work. It was quick and easy with enjoyable conversation while I was waiting. Will be back for future service work needed down the road. Transmission is smoother than when I bought the truck.

My car was previously at a dealership with air-conditioning problems. Apparently the Honda engineers could not figure out what was wrong with my car. BLC was able to give me a honest and accurate description of the issue at hand. BLC saved me over $2000 of unnecessary car repairs. Thanks again for helping me with my Honda accord issues.
