The associates have no idea what they’re doing at this location. I called them about a specific product and one associate said that they had three in stock and if they could hold it if I paid for it over the phone until the end of the week and then she said oh we can’t hold it, but we can do free shipping and now the manager said that they only have one in stock. So I would avoid this location at all costs and go to the other locations

This absolutely the worse blue mercury ever. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS STORE. I HAVE BOUGHT FROM THIS LOCATION 5 TIMES SINCE OPENED AND THEIR FACE OILS, CREAMS, AND LOTIONS ARE GENERALLY NOT FRESH, EXPIRED, AND SEEM DILUTED COMPARED TO BUYING DIRECT FROM THE MANUFACTURER. They claim they sell authentic skincare, makeup, and beauty products from higher end brands. A blue mercury store is similar to sephora but a smaller store. The prices are quite high for all their beauty products and the batches of the products they sell are lower quality. Most of the brands they sell are sold directly by the manufacturers and no middle-men except a few exceptions where you may see high end stores like Nieman Marcus, Nordstrom, bloomingdales, or saks fifth avenue sell. The products sold at sephora are cheaper and lower quality than blue mercury.
But be careful. These skincare and cosmetic products are not made in the the USA and often imported from abroad especially France, Japan, or south korea.The batches they sell are older batches and often not even completely full, expired, and will not yield the results. The staff often have little to no product knowledge and will give you incorrect information. In addition, the stores do not take cash and only credit card. The staff get paid on commissions mainly and will generally lie to you to convince you to buy something. DO NOT TOUCH THE SAMPLES THEY GIVE YOU.THE SANITATION IS POOR QUALITY AND YOU COULD CATCH GERMS OR BE RECEIVING A SAMPLE FROM A VERY OLD BATCH THAT WILL ONLY WORK FOR MINUTE BUT NOTHING CLOSE TO REAL PRODUCT AND EVEN HARM YOU IF YOU HAVE ALLERGY.
ALSO, BLUE-MERCURY IS OWNED BY MACYS AND THE STORE GENERALLY WILL NOT HONOR RETURNS. if they have a markdown or promotion going on, the products are not eligible for a return. Their products are moldy. I called the direct manufacturer for a check on expiration and products I bought were all 3 years past expiration date.
STAY AWAY. THEY INITIALLY OFFER A 10% DISCOUNT CODE ONLINE IF YOU SIGN UP BUT DO NOT WORK ON ANY OF THE ORDERS WHEN YOU BUY. IF YOU DO AN ONLINE ORDER AND POSTAL CARRIER LOSES THE PACKAGE OR DOES NOT DELIVER IT, THEY SAY on their faq page they are not liable and will not refund you..A number of my friends that made online orders claimed their cards were suspiciously rejected with false claims of fraud or if the transaction went through, their orders was cancelled and had to wait days for the funds to go back on their credit card.

A special thanks to Kerly, she was so helpful and so knowledgeable in the products. I needed a lip balm for very dry and sunburn prone lips and nothing helped before. She picked out a Sisley lip mask and another lip balm product with SPF for during the day. My lips had healed overnight, it looked like I had professional Botox! Thank you to Kerly and also the team who was so helpful in suggesting products for the future and for the samples. I’ll be coming back as I am one who puts natural health, beauty, and wellness first, so these products are worth every dollar.

I've been a customer of this particular location (St Johns Town Center) for over a decade and counting. Nicola and her team are awesome. Product knowledge is on point and I always feel comfortable when I walk thru the door. It's a great feeling being on a first name basis with the staff. I've visited various BM locations and I must say that SJTC location is TOP NOTCH.

Purchased a 80$ bottle of skincueticals and get all the way home just for the bottle to be completely emptyMind you I live in New York State and explained this to the girls in the store as they had to ship me other products as well!!!!!

Seriously my fav BlueMercury location! They have everything any skincare junkie could want! The Trish Mcevoy representative was so helpful during my visit and put me on to some fantastic products. I am so thankful for her help. The store staff was very helpful and accommodating. Definitely worth a visit!

Salss person Nicola Jupiter was very helpful in giving me my birthday gift and shampoo samples while on vacation without my regular hair products She was attentive and friendly. I was able to get some hair serum to protect my hair from swimming pools and sun. Thanks so much!
