Skye was very rude and unhelpful. Bc of her, and other phone related horrible customer service, I'm pretty ready to leave Boost Mobile. Came into the store to get help with a device that wasn't making calls or texts. Instantly tells me she will do nothing, and to basically buy another phone. Just seems like she hates her job with that horrible level of customer service.

There were other customers in the store and he still managed to give great service. I'm very pleased with the phone I purchased and customer service. Chris was really professional.

Skye was amazing yesterday. She is very friendly and engages very well with the customers. All I had to do was log into my apps and enjoy my phone. She definitely a good asset to the company. Thank you Skye

Their service has has went down significantly… I’ve been w/ Boost since I was 20… I’m 32 but this will be my last month w/ the company… I’m appalled at how terrible the service has become. I can’t even dial out it seems.

I came in to purchase three phones with a good price the sale Manager Christopher Johnson was the one handling my activation with the phones some how he could not get them activated mind you he had already swiped my card for the three phones. He told me that he needed to issue a refund for the purchase now here is the kicker Christopher issued a refund but it looks like it's to another card not mine. When I went to speak with him about the transaction he immediately said he was gonna call the cops not even looking into what I had stated he treated me like I was a thef an not the victim here. Mind you I even tried to dispute it with my bank and they said I needed more info well explain how will I get more info from someone who has called the cops on me and had me escorted out. We are in July now and I am still trying to get my money back since may

Honestly if I could put 0 I would, just wasted an hour and a half trying to start a service when there were no other customers in the store, and he kept putting it off. Insisted we paid cash "for refund purposes" and was even less inclined to help once stated we were paying by card. Almost 2 hours later, we left without our phones.

This location is just as horrible than the Boost store on Normandy next to Little CaesarsBoth Sales reps behind the glass are rude.The girl to the left just sits there while the manager tries to get all the commission handling majority of the phone calls and when a new customer is wanting to joinBeware of purchasing a phone from the Edgewood location as if you are buying a new phone make sure u touch the new box 1st before the saleswomen open it as 99% of Boosts phones are refurbished especially their "FREE phones" when u switch from your old carrier to join with Boost.Just a heads up as I received a Samsung A21 and later that evening while fiddling with my "supposedly" new phoneI go in my Settings and seen that my phone was last updated back in April 2021How when this was July 2021 and this was in a new box?Then two weeks later everyone whom called me said I sounded muffled or if I was far away from the microphoneSo again this is what they give you when it's a "Free" phoneJust find it funny how both sales reps work for Boost but they're not even customers with Boost themselvesInstead they have At&tGo figure

I seriously am beyond fed up with this place.We got the xfinity prepaid modem through here September 2020. We paid for the 1 year warranty on the modem, through boost that if anything happens to the modem they will replace it.We paid for our month, and that same night our modem stopped working. We have been driving all over Jacksonville to fix this so called problem. We have called xfinity, we have called boost NOBODY SEEMS TO KNOW WHO TO CALL. BOOST IS TELLING ME TO CALL XFINITY, XFINITY IS TELLING ME TO CALL BOOST. I WILL NEVER AGAIN DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER!!!IF BOOST CAN'T HONOR WHAT THEY SOLD ME AND XIFNITY CAN'T THAN I WONT AND ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER.DO NOT ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO THROUGH BOOST OR XFINITY PRE-PAID FOR ANYTHING. YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME.

Very nice young lady (wish I could remember her name). She helped my mother transfer her service from metro to boost with no problem. She answered every question my mom had and did it all quickly with a smile ????... She was so great my mom brought my grandfather to do the same & he received the same Grade A+ quality service???????
