Sales people aren't that friendly. How in the heck did the Edgewood location permanently close it's doors when she was actually helpful to these staff on Normandy Blvd adjacent to Little Caesars pizza u got me?
I guess it's because it's bottom of the barrel Boost which is similar to a Mint Mobile or Cricket. U get what u pay for sadly

I was having issues with my former provider and Lakesha was so helpful and supportive so we switched over to Boost! We love her bubbly personality and would rather come in every month than just pay our bill online!

Mrs. Kesha is nothing but AMAZING! She is so helpful and always has a bright smile and a great attitude! She always explains things so well and always very helpful and actually happy to help you understand how to fix your issues. She makes working these electronics and Wi-Fi so easy and simple. 100/100 love this place and always looking forward to see her when I come in and pay for my monthly bill!

I would highly recommend this store ..Kesha was very informative, and was able to help me with my concerns.While i was there it was very busy , and she was able to stay professional and help everyone in a timely manner ☺️☺️☺️ I definitely give her and this store a 20 out of ten !!!!

Had some issues with my phone with the service and Lakesha was very kind extremely helpful answered my questions went above and beyond for me an is very appreciated will be back to see her from now on loved the experience. I went into the Boost on Normandy and let me say first that I am not a tech savvy person at all, but the lady there, Kesha, was sooo patient with me and took the time to answer all of my dumb questions and on top of it all, she was so friendly and didn't make me feel dumb or rushed so like 10 stars to her for being so customer oriented. I love my new phone and I'm bringing my mom and my mom-in-law in to get their phones switched over too. #bestcellphoneexperienceever

Been a customer with boost since 2008 and I went to this location and Lakesha was so nice and extremely helpful! We will definitely come back again she is the best ! Also the store was very clean and well kept easy to assess if in a wheelchair.
