Says they’re open until 7, but arrived at 6:10pm and they were closed. Drove to the one on Normandy, also closed despite all signs and online saying open until 7pm.
This is pretty much what to expect from Boost Mobile. The last time they were open, the people didn’t seem to have the IQ of mayonnaise if they teamed up.

Horrible customer service! Again these representatives refuse to stand up and greet a guest let alone get off their personal phones! Why?!?!?!? I asked a rep to look into my account for an issue I was having. I was told I had to wait. Wait for what? No one else is on the store.. I was given no response. Just looked at like I had something on my face. I decided NOT to engage. Boost Mobile representatives are ratchet and unpredictable. I have never had a good experience with this business ever. Location does not matter. It's like they train them all the same. To simply be as disorganized, disrespectful and unhelpful as possible. Boost once again has lost another customer. Not that they care.

Very helpful able to answer all questions and help me find everything I need even showed me how to get into things on my phone I don’t always know just a very wonderful experience happy customer.Dee was so very helpful, nice, and very helpful .

My phone screen just went black. I needed a new phone. Called store at 3734 Blanding blvd, Dana answered, said she would postpone her lunch if I was on my way. Her knowledge and her customer service was refreshing and professional. A+++ employee. Got a new phone and she transferred all my info and got me back in business quickly. Super nice experience.

Dana T!!!!! She is AMAZING! I had issues with my internet speed. This Queen asked me 3 questions. Politely asked me to momentarily wait as she did her thing. BOOM 7.6 seconds later my internet has been updated and is flying as fast as Aladdin's magic carpet!! Thank You Ms. Dana! You have saved another customer and made us smile while doing so. THANK YOU!!?
