First problem is the lady said she setup autopay on my account. A month later my phone gets cut off. So I go back to pay the bill and see what's going on with the autopay. When I asked her why autopay wasn't setup she told me with an attitude that I'd have to do it online. So why didn't you tell me that in the beginning instead of telling me you setup autopay on my account. She seemed frustrated with her day so I didn't push the issue even though I wanted to let her know that she wasn't the only one that could catch an attitude.
That lady that works this store can't handle her job. It's the kitchens too hot go work in the freezer. If you just do right the first time you wouldn't have people walking in the store upset it's so simple why make things hard. Whatever that woman's issue is not customers problem she needs to deal with that on her on time. Get someone in there that actually knows how to serve customers.

Worst place ever me and my man went to get 2phones from this store . The manager was rude . I was asking questions about my phone and she got rude . We walked out with one working phone . Went back today to get a new sim card and wasn't even open . When we left yesterday they didn't even make sure the phone is working. So we went to another place and it turns out to be the sim card .

They make there own hours. Open late and close early. Would recommend choosing a different location.

Lately boost have not honoring what their phone pckage is 50.00 unlimited. My phone is being cut off while I'm talking boost has a lot of issues, because I pay my bill every month.

I was just reading all the comments about customers not feeling welcome or not getting the help they came for. Let me say I am truly sorry i work this store now and I am willing to assist you with any problems or concerns you may have again i apologize for the service that you got from former workers i assure you these people most likely do not work for us anymore. Fiancée went to this location and the lady in the store stated that the store has to make money too. He already has an account with boost mobile so this store is just trying to make money without helping the customer. The lady then locked the door after my fiancée called boost mobile customer service representative.
