My experience at this Boost Mobile location was nothing short of smooth, pleasant and happy results. Kyle the associate who helped me through the entire process and not once rushed me or made me feel incompetent. He was knowledgeable of their products, promotion and easily helped me select a phone and plan that works for me. Thank you, Kyle for all of your help and for being kind. Boost Mobile you have a great asset in Kyle.

They were more helpful than i can ask for. I came in today (1/10/25) because my phone didn’t connect to the network after moving to unf. the manager came out wound up getting me a new sim card that connected to the new boost network where the connection problems were solved

Excellent store and will definitely be my go to boost mobile store for all my needs borys took care of my problems with ease and even though he could have easily mislead me and got me to spend money in his store he took care of the problem and explained it so I could understand. Truly hard to find salespeople like that anymore and will definitely tell anyone who needs those services to go and ask for Borys.

I went to boost mobile 3 months ago because they were advertising a $30 per month plan when I went in they said that I would have to pay the $50 a month plan for 3 months before I can drop to the $30 a month. Three months later after I tried to drop to the $30 a month plan they said I can only have a $40 a month plan which is a breach of a verbal contract so I will be going to another company that has the $30 dollars a month plan. The owner responded by saying it is an online advertisement if it was an online advertisement then that's what I should have been told by their employee when I signed up not to find out later that it was a lie
