Do not get service here!!!! I walked in and no one was currently being assisted. The guy at the front spoke “HI WHAT DO YOU NEED?” Before I could reply he says “ CAN YOU WAIT I NEED 30 MINUTES “
Another customer walks in and sits at the counter. He begins to assist him. (Well alrighty then)
The customer falls asleep waiting for him to assist. Employee keeps slamming the mouse on the counter.
After the wait he finally ask again what I need help with. I explain, I’m looking to switch service and saw a promotion online. However, I’m a bit skeptical as while going through the checkout process it doesn’t ask for IMEI nor check phone compatibility and I don’t have money to waste.
He replies “ITS ONLY $15” he then goes on a rant about how customers go online and make mistakes so he suggests always coming into the store because once the mistake is made he can’t help. He then excuses himself to a smoke break outside.
Once he returns, I reiterate that’s why I’m here, so a mistake isn’t made and money is wasted.
He then tells me he can’t help me with the online transaction as his store needs to make more money than online. Then continues to excuse himself to the restroom.
Going elsewhere! Where customers are treated with respect! XFINITY MOBILE did the job. BOOST 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

The guy here gave me the worse experience i just walked in by mistake and he just talked to me like he wanted im greatfull i was not there for his service i would have die!! He needs customer service class for sure!

The worst experience again, the guy in there seems like customers are a bother he was the same when I went to get service and just went to upgrade and basically looked at me like what was I talking about. Wouldn't even look up my account and just stared at me.

I stopped into this location at Baymeadows and a guy by the name Tim refuse to help and just didn't want to work. There was no one in the store and you can expect the bare minimum from Tim.

The negative reviews are nonsense. The service was great, tim single handedly made my day and even gave me a free phone case.

I came to boost today switching from metro (who has also been great) it was storming outside and I wasn't sure how to get the best phone for the lowest possible price AND keep my number. Well Tim went above and beyond fir me and made this a great experience!
