I stopped into this location at Baymeadows and a guy by the name Tim refuse to help and just didn't want to work. There was no one in the store and you can expect the bare minimum from Tim.

The negative reviews are nonsense. The service was great, tim single handedly made my day and even gave me a free phone case.

I came to boost today switching from metro (who has also been great) it was storming outside and I wasn't sure how to get the best phone for the lowest possible price AND keep my number. Well Tim went above and beyond fir me and made this a great experience!

didn't change our one phone over so now our one line is limbo. everytime i try and call the store no one answers and when i try 611 its busy. worst customer service ever.

I went with my friend to ask about plans. The asian guy did't bother taking his eyes from his phone an he kept saying "no" before we complete our questions. I even asked you don't ant to sell us? He said "no". We spent atoral of 3 minutes before we left.

When you pay online the auto pay box is already checked you have to uncluck it. So I did and still charged me a extra 35 and no one speaks good English with the customer service reps. And this has already happened before boost is robbing us check your bank statement and really considering choosing boost

Went in on 3 different occasions with my boyfriend and each time the man was incredibly rude, told us to "do it ourselves" when we bought a sim card to swap my boyfriend's phone, pushed us out the door and told us to purchase our phone at the Apple Store, plus multiple other instances in the few times we went where he was just very rude and unhelpful. I went to another location the next time and my experience was amazing there. This store specifically just has awful management!!

This location is by the worst and needs to be shut down. Customer service is none existent. The manager is unprofessional and doesn't appreciate his job. He didn't want to help set my brother's account. I would never recommend anyone to time this location. I will be emailing corporate about my brother's experience in this store

Tim, who runs the store is very knowledgeable about the plans and equipment available. He helped find a new lower prices plan with a free upgraded phone that Boost was offering at the time. Maybe still are.
