when I was ordering food I ordered nachos and two drinks (sweet tea and fruit punch)and fries but didn't receive my fries and it was almost $40 I told the lady to give the change to my dad as he was coming up behind me.
later on in the night my dad went up there to check on the fries and she said that I didn't order fries even though her coworker confirmed that I did. I also, asked my father if he got my change and he did not. Through out the night the lane kept breaking down and would halt our game entirely. my family and i will not be returning because i feel like i got scammed that night. it was overpriced for the experience that my family received.

Made a reservation online and was able to come in with no problems. Thank you to the manager Chelsea and the staff for being awesome! Looking forward to coming again

In spite of obnoxious league bowlers the staff was very kind and even gave us warm cookies and a gift certificate to bowl for free. Bennet slayed also.

Okay so this bowling alley is nice, updated, and clean. The staff was very pleasant and I really appreciated that upgrades. The major issue I had was with the extreme pricing. $8.99 a game and $5.99 for shoe rental. I don't care how nice your lanes are, that is outrageous. Jax Lanes is literally half the price and the lanes are just as nice. We would have stayed and bowled more, as well as spent a lot on food and drinks but we were already spending $120 for two games for a family of five. There's got to be some kind of balance. I guess I see why Bowlero doesn't put their prices online. I'm sorry we won't be back.

Nice establishment. Still not very modern inside, and bar is very limited. But still a nice venue and the staff are super friendly.

This place is amazing 🤩 I really enjoyed coming here and bowling I was on lane 22 and had a really great game with my friends and let me just say one of the Most friendly, and positive staff members I ever met there was Roger He was so kind to me and my friends and always had a smile on his face when he helped us with anything him and Eric were a really big help.

Just had a fun 2 hours of bowling with friends. Got a food and drink package for 10 people and it was great! Had just the right amount of food. Service was great, too.
