Great at getting things done in a timely manner. There's just a few people that work there that don't listen or read to write exactly what was needed to be written on my policy.. had to call back 2 times to get it corrected. Other than that I am overall happy with the price they found for my commercial insurance!

Thank you Aaron Wilkins and Brightway Insurance on a somewhat complicated insurance issue.Aaron answered the phone every time I called, (talking to someone when you need information instead of leaving a recording has become the “good ol’ days”). He was very very knowledgeable, assisted in all my issues, very patient and remained super pleasant throughout our conversations, (which were numerous). Thank you Brightway and especially Aaron. Beyond reproach and I highly recommend!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. They keep you on hold forever, allegedly while they are trying to help, but they never get back to you. I complained to Security First Insurance Co. whom they represent but to no avail.I have been using the Jacksonville since day one. I spoke with two of your staff yesterday. They were supposed to get back to me with some quotes. Never did. I have their names. If you really wanted to help me why didn't you call me? I won't call you again as I was on hold for over one hour yesterday. No-one returned to the line. Still no-one has reached out to me.

Not the worst …but not spectacular either. At renewal time, received conflicting info from the agency owner on an aspect of policy savings vs. Bright Way corporate, with no explanation for the disconnect. Not egregious, but the subsequent inquires to Daniel overall didn’t convey a sense of winning over my retention. I had little reason to stay retained since my auto insurer invested the time to thoroughly explain my coverage, patiently follow through on details while offering comparable coverage at $350 less. Lovely aesthetic of a historic Riverside office though, from what I remember. Kindly keep response anonymized.

Beware of an insurance company that can’t take ownership for their own clerical errors. All documentation we submitted had our correct address, so we were shocked when we got our policy and it was for someone else’s home. We called, had it corrected, then received yet another policy with the wrong address. When we called, yet again, they tried to lay blame at my partners feet and say he submitted the wrong address. Not true since in that same breath they said it was based off our lease. And doesn’t explain why we got the second policy with the wrong address. Seems innocuous enough, just a wrong address, but that’s how they make sure they don’t have to pay! Lots of horror stories out there of agencies not paying out over something seemingly small like a wrong address or a missed signature. It’s a shame to see this at a local insurance group. My suggestion, go elsewhere if possible, avoid the lady manning the front desk, and scour your policy with a fine tooth comb if you’re already signed with them.

We've been with Brightway Riverside since 2016 and LOVE THEM!!! Daniel Miller is THE BEST!!! He's helped us insure our older FL home when that is one of the most difficult things to do!!! Super Fast Responsive Professional Service!!!! He assigned us the best agent Nichole Wilkes who just saved us $3000 on our insurance by finding us a better company to switch to with better coverage!!!! We live out of state and have 2 rental properties in Jacksonville. Daniel Miller has handled our insurance for many years and has provided excellent service. He responds quickly to calls and emails and works quickly to take care of our needs. Recently, the homeowner's insurance company for one of our homes was suddenly going out of business and we had a very short time to find new insurance. This could have been very stressful, but Daniel made the process very easy and we were able to get new coverage quickly and without a big hassle. He was very thorough in explaining the difference in policies and helping us every step of the way. I know we were only one of many customers impacted by this, but this didn't affect the service we got from Daniel. Top-notice, professional and friendly customer service!

Daniel Miller made my transaction fast, easy, and painless. I'm glad I came into his agency today instead of trying to do business over the phone with the home office. I see that others here have posted less than stellar reviews, but my experience so far has been fantastic, and I'll update this review if anything changes. If Xanax was a person, it would be Daniel Miller. When you are dealing with life's most stressful moments, aligning yourself with a trusted person means everything. I found out within 2 weeks time I was going to lose my home owners insurance and as kismet works when I was looking for a new company, this office was open later than others. From the first conversation Mr. Miller treated me like family. He quicks quickly and efficiently. His communication skills are top notch. I look forward to moving all other policies to their office. Do yourself a favor and give him a call. Best decision I've made in a long time!

I provided an application to an agent in July. First I got a letter mid October that my application was not signed. Agent never sent to me to sign. Then I got another letter few days letter nothing I submit for repairs done was submitted either. To make story short my policy got canceled because lack of Agent professionalism and care for his clients. They basically drop the ball and never told me the policy was about to cancel till last minute. Not to mention all the times a call and I was giving different information till I decide to call Citizen directly. I ask for an extension to get everything they needed they told me they give the extension to the broker since August. They took the extensions to their own advantage. Worse experience ever in my freaking life.
