My Fiancee and I came into get a tux for our wedding day. We had such an excellent experience with Mat. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and was a huge help in selecting the right tux. It was truly the best customer experience I have had in a long time. Brooks Brother earned a life long customer out of me moving forward and We cannot thank Mat enough.

They make a really nice, quality baseball hat. I wish the store carried in person more colors. My navy hat is comfortable, helps protect from the sun especially in Florida when walking around or on the golf course, and goes with a decent amount of outfits. I wish for a pink.

Nathanyuelle at Brooks Brothers went above and beyond to help me with my purchase! Not only did he assist me in selecting the perfect bowtie, but he also took the time to teach me how to tie it properly.
As Brooks Brothers proudly states, they are “The Original American Brand,” and with team members like Nathanyuelle, they continue to uphold that legacy.

My fiance and I bought a suit here for our wedding. The suit and quality was good but communication and customer service is terrible. We ordered 2 months in advance and were told we would get our suit tailored in 2-3weeks. We never got any updates and when it was 3 weeks we called and they said it was still not ready. We had to keep calling to ask for updates. We finally got it very late the day before our flight and it was very stressful.

I felt as if I was bothering the lady with my clear intent to buy several sportscoats/blazers. very unwelcoming staff as they chatted behind the counter about personal matters. given the quality and prestige of the brand, I would have expected top level service.

Can not thank Nathanyuelle more for his exceptional customer service and assistance this past week. I was traveling for business and in town and needed a few last minute items. Nathanyelle not only helped me with everything, but he even got the items tailored in under 12 hours. Just amazing. This is the type of customer service that WILL keep me coming back as a customer. Not only did they provide exceptional customer service, but they also went above and beyond by generously giving me a replacement button for my jacket, completely free of charge. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend Brooks Brothers to anyone looking for top-notch service and quality products. They've earned a lifelong customer in me!

Thanks Paul, Jim and Rod for helping with my husband’s new suit purchase. It seems fabric mills are still recovering from Covid closures but they had the best fabrics! Service was wonderful! Between the holiday 30% off sale and 20% for a new credit card, hubby has a closet refresh for the regular price of a suit.

Paul was wonderful today in helping me find some new work clothes! The store was extremely clean and all of the staff was extremely pleasant. As a younger professional I have had numerous encounters at other stores where associates simply outright ignore me. As soon as I entered Paul introduced himself and let me know that if I needed any help to please let him know. It was refreshing to finally walk into a nice store and be taken seriously. Due to this simple encounter I plan on continuing business here.
