Just got robbed with no gun.
Paid $200 for the interior detailing & got what looks like a $20 wash & vacuum.
Dirt still in crevices on the door, floor, etc…
If I paid $10-$20 for this, I’d have no complaints but $200 for a job I now have to do myself. It’s just disappointing. 👎🏾

Recently I was at this car wash to get a quick clean up, and gotta say, Chiko is the best! He’s the greatest. Real good at his job. He deserves a raise! I recommend everyone who visits to ask for Chiko. He’s a legend.

Has changed from previous ownership. There is a $3 “SUV” charge. I don’t know other car washes that charge that. The Veterans discount is not 10% but $2.00

This is the worst car wash I’ve ever paid for. They charged me $40 and returned my car almost as dirty as when I arrived. The windows were dirty, the interior was barely touched, and there was dirt all over the exterior. Total scam and a rip-off. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I’ve been a loyal Bubbles Car Wash customer for well over 20 years, even through the change in ownership. Unfortunately, my most recent visit will be my last.
I pulled up as usual, selected my wash, and was told to wait until the next car pulled forward before heading to the waiting area. No problem. But as I walked to the desk, I noticed the tunnel wasn’t moving cars through. That happens occasionally, so I didn’t think much of it. I paid for my wash, then returned to watch my car go through — only to see cars piling up, being moved aside, and customers looking around confused.
I went back to the front desk and asked what was going on. The attendant said, “We’re having an issue with the tunnel, so we’re doing a hand wash today.” Then I asked “Why didn’t someone say something about it”
, and she said “someone should have told you when you paid, I wouldn’t have don’t that”…. A little exasperated, I told her I didn’t have time to wait longer and asked for a refund. She replied, “Well, then go tell them you want your car back at the front queue.”
That’s when I lost my patience. I asked, “Why should I do that? This is your business. Why should the customer do the work for you? Please have someone bring my car around” ..I told her my make and model three times before she still made me physically point it out myself. Only then did they pull my car back.
To her credit, she was polite when processing the refund, but this was a failure of basic customer service.
Bubbles Management: When you can’t provide the service customers expect:
1. Set expectations up front before taking payment.
2. Handle the resolution yourselves — don’t make the customer track down their own car or do your job for you.
This is simple business courtesy. I no longer recommend Bubbles Car Wash and will not return.

2 years ago I used to love coming to Jacksonville.Just to get my car wash at a specific car.Wash location called mr bubbles, It was great.It was affordable , but now they went up twice the price and they do not do Do A.
Good job like they used to, they do not vacuum Well the inside of the vehicle and then when you ask them to do so they catch a attitude but they expect the tip all the time I stop going there. I rather pay ten bucks and wash my own car.

Very polite staff. I have a Honda Pilot. The third row was not vacuumed. Driver side was still dirty. The passenger window had water stains. Wish I could post pictures but I don't see an option to do so. I got the #3 plan and still gave a $5 tip. Me personally won't go back but this is my own personal experience.
