Rude and judgmental. It’s Go ahead and change Their policies as far as returns go if so, then they should email or notify anyone who’s made a purchase recently in the past few months. I will not be returning to buy jeans from there no way they’re too expensive to risk it

Chase spends time talking to employees and/or friends instead to helping customers. The employees need to help customers and not stock shelves when customers are in stores. 4 employees working store and all stocking. This store needs new management. Shelves and racks were a disaster. Worse buckle store I’ve ever been in and least bill I’ve ever had leaving a buckle store. Then when checking out with Hannah, Chase goes and adds himself to the receipt as he helped a lot.

Just went into this location today Sunday July 17th at around 3:15 pm and with three or more employees working all standing around talking none of the employees spoke or greeted us or asked if we needed any assistance. One thing I’ve always loved about Buckle is their customer service however this location was highly disappointing. I normally shop at the Orange Park Florida location and their customer service is absolutely amazing. I will never go back to this store at the town center location . buckle needs to train these employees better

Went with all intentions to buy a few shirts for the wife and I, needed to use the restroom and asked nicely if I could. The clerk said no I can go to Barns and Nobles , so I did . While I was out the 3 clerks started laughing and making fun of me. So upon my return the wife told me about it. We left without the clothes and will never return.

I am a card holder and I always shop at Buckle walking into the store. Nobody greeted me which was fine attempting to find things on my own. I literally had to pull someone from behind the counter as they were talking to each other. They got me what I wanted, which was a sweatshirt didn’t ask me if I was looking for anything else didn’t ask me if I needed anything didn’t say oh this would go nice. It was a complete utter disaster from beginning to end. Then I asked another worker there to show me some tops to go under the sweatshirt. They had literally nothing. I always shop at Buckle and I always have so much better experiences than the one I had at the store. Complete disappointment walked out with nothing and nobody even attempting to help me.

We came in here to purchase several items and Chase helped us. He was exceptional with tons of knowledge. We love the jeans, shirts and cologne here. Very high quality. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. I highly recommend this business.

JJ and beautiful Dakota are phenomenal! They were so patient and helped me find my perfect fit. Am female size 29/30, athletic/straight figure, and 6ft tall. They have jeans for any figure type!
I opened up the buckle ccard and bought 3 pairs on the spot! My jeans are figure flattering and comfy! 10 outta 10!!!!!!

Excellent website, shipping on-line to store and customer service in-store. I was shopping online one day and ordered two items and used the ship-to-store option. Then I ended up visiting the store before my order arrived just by chance shopping in the area. At the store I of course found more items I loved, but they were out of stock of one of the items. The staff were great, they found the jeans I wanted and were able to have them shipped to the store. So I ended up being able to pick both orders up together. Great overall experience, on-line and in-store!

Phenomenal selection of clothes and accessories companied with excellent staff. The environment is friendly and welcoming, and each employee is happy to help. Special shoutout to Taylor, my favorite stylist. Her eye for fashion is unmatched, and her selections always spot-on. She's helped transform my wardrobe and made me feel good in the clothes I wear. She remembers her regulars and each of their personal style preferences. My favorite store to shop in!
