Kevin Wathen came on site to gather the needed information for this quote, once he saw what it was we needed, he proceeded to take care of the change right then and there instead of quoting the job.
Kevin could have quoted the work as any other company would do but he took care of the issue. This shows how George P Coyle and Sons value their customers and the quality of employees they have on staff.

“Universal Stone, led by co-owner, contractor, and Nocatee resident Hector Rodriquez, recently replaced our Pulte granite countertops in the kitchen and master bath with quartz. We received three quotes from different fabricators for the same quartz. One was unreasonably low and did not include demolition, electrical, plumbing, or sink replacement. Another was higher than Universal and only included three slabs (four were necessary to ensure an almost seamless and continuous vein countertops with full backslash}. The price was reasonable and the demolition, fabrication, installation, plumbing, electrical, and touchup were completed timely and all under the supervision of Hector. A first-class operation and we were pleased with the quality of the work. Hector assured us that if there were any problems with the project in the future, he would personally return and make it right. We highly recommend this company.”
