My car was taken in pretty much immediately after my claim was approved. They gave me a timeline, communicated progress, and completed the repairs within the timeline. The repair job is immaculate, I couldn’t be more pleased. They detailed my car too, which I didn’t expect. All the people I came into contact with were helpful and nice. It seems rare to get good customer service these days so it is much appreciated!

5 star experience here today. I had to pick up my truck before the repairs could begin because I realized after I dropped it off that I didn’t have rental coverage on my policy so would have to take it back at a time when I could do with one vehicle. The front desk employee was incredibly nice as well the estimator too.

I am modifying my review.
After I made this post I was contacted by Joshua, the General Manager, and he did everything he could to make things right. I have no doubt he values our business and takes pride in the work done.
As I stated in my initial review we truly thought things would go great during the first visit. They have a text message communication system and during the initial repairs our point of contact, Gio, showed he truly cared about getting things done right and keeping us updated.
I now know the issues started when Gio moved to another Caliber Location and our only point of contact was the rude lady that answers the phone and calls herself the manager.
Things happen, people make mistakes, life isnt perfect but the way a company responds to life's imperfections is what truly matters. I think the majority of people at Caliber Collison take pride in their work and unfortunately the one lady at the front desk ruined that for us and likely others as well. It isn't always easy for a company to let an employee go and during our last visit the fake manager answering the phone was still employeed there.
I would recommend Caliber Collison for your auto body repairs and if you have an issue ask to speak to Joshua.

The first time we had our vehicle in for repair at Caliber, we picked it up and found items not completed and damage they had done. After months of phone calls, they finally agreed to make it right and scheduled us to bring the truck back and get a rental car.
When we went to pick up the vehicle, there was even more damage they had done.
They insisted we bring the truck back in the morning, not leave it that afternoon. If you have to work, I'd diffinately avoid taking your vehicle here they don't care about your time at all.
We have tried to call and arrange to take the vehicle back the third time because we had to work and couldn't take off work AGAIN to take it the next morning. We were then told they would not provide a rental car, we have to wait there. The bumper is loose and crooked, the amp requires the rear seat to be removed to replace it, and there is black plaint all over my white truck, but they expect us to wait there.
There were aspects of our ordeal that were great and we thought we would be very pleased. We were so wrong. It's turned into a months long nightmare that honestly might not be a fraction of as bad if not from the lady that answers the phone and is at the front desk. She has been EXTREMELY rude during every interaction. I often wonder if she is giving anyone my messages. If I ask for a manager, she states she is the manager. I asked to speak to anyone but her today and told her I didn't care if it was the guy that cleaned the toilet, she told me there was no one I could speak to but she'd have someone call me back. I've been told that before soo many times.
I'm attaching pictures of the black paint overspray they got on our white truck, the roof is the worst but there is paint on every surface, from the front bumper to the tailgate, the chrome, paint and glass is covered in black over spray.
