We’ve been loyal customers of Camel Car Wash on Merrill Road which has been rebranded to Whistle Car Wash.
The level of service & amenities is so dissatisfying now. The vacuums are often low in pressure or broken. We haven’t received complimentary air fresheners in over a year since the switch to Whistle & when we ask about them it’s always “they’re on order”.
My husband & I recently discussed switching our accounts elsewhere if this low level of service continues.

The car wash is long and has multiple sections that scrub the vehicle and the floor mat cleaners, as well as glass and interior cleaner is nice to have available. I would have a membership here if my home and office weren't so far away.

I am disappointed in this car wash, it use to be a great place to get your car washed, now it looks dirty, you no longer get free air fresheners, and today for the second time this week I went there and the car wash didnt work properly, no cleaner, no ceramic shine was applied one of the cleaning brushes in the tunnel was missing. I have had a monthly membership for both of my vehicles since they built this car wash. I will probably be changing my monthly membership to a different place

New owner, who this? Great service, great wash. Their all purpose spray is amazing, even on my old car. Stop in for a quick wash or full self detail.

The vacuum cleaner isn’t working very well at all. One of the attendants said that ever since Hurricane Milton came through, the vacuum system got water in it and it hasn’t worked the same since. If the system is only working to half its capacity, I would hope the price would be reduced for all.

The wash here has always been great, even when they were Camel Express Car Wash. Since changing to Whistle Express, I’ll never understand for the life of me why they got rid of the self-service screens and put a person there to select the wash options for you from an iPad. Blows my mind. Every time I’ve been, it does nothing but hold up the line. There’s nothing “express” about it.

They changed everything in this place, but there are three important points. The first is that the vacuum cleaner does not work well. The second is when you wash your tires before entering, the brush is 10 years old. It is very old and nothing is left of it. The third and last is when you wash the floor of the car. The brush is the same thing. The second is that there is no soap.

I absolutely love this wash. Always an amazing experience when I come here. It seems as if there is a new manager. He was extremely attentive and was very helpful in helping make sure my car turned out looking great on my most recent trip. I highly recommend this location on Merrill.
