Calling the rooms suites is not very accurate. The rooms do have a kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, microwave, mini-stovetop, and dishes. Otherwise the rooms are basic and not that different from something like the Red Roof Inn. Location is in a Commercial Park with other hotels and businesses nearby.Rooms: Rooms include a full kitchen with dishes and silverware.Walkability: Nothing nearby to walk to.

Very dirty hotel, the most disgusting hotel I’ve never seen in North America. The kitchen area was full of grease, floor was filthy, it seems like never has been cleaned after each guest, the housekeeper needs training, when i arrived I had to call the front desk to bring a cleaning lady because it was oil all over the floor and the bathroom was dirty, I felt my shoes sticky walking on it. I asked her to leave the cleaning products in the room so I can clean it before I use it. The bedding was okay, It didn’t smell that bad. The entire hotel was dirty, the hall carpet was dirt everywhere, except for the front entrance. Will not stay again. There’s another hotel called the WaterWalk Jacksonville Deerwoof Park very nice and cheaper. Only good thing about this hotel is right by the 95.Rooms: Good size but very dirty and smells

I spent 2 weeks here during a relocation. I had 2 different rooms, but more on that later. First, the rooms are decent. I got a room with a separate bedroom, which gave a little extra space and just felt a little less like a hotel. It was clean. Kitchen was useful. Over all I didn't have any real complaints about the room.Second, and I cannot say this enough, staff was wonderful. I ended up extending from my initial week and staff went out of their was to accommodate me. Anything I asked or called about was handled quickly. I was traveling with my dogs and worked to give us a room that would work well for my dogs who can be a bit noise reactive.Third, location is decent if you are traveling to downtown as I was. Traffic will suck, but it's not that far so it's tolerable.Fourth, if you are traveling with dogs, know that there is a decent sized green space behind the hotel. There is also a large office park next door. We made a lot of walks around the office park. As usual there is always some @$$hole who won't pick up after their dogs. Hotel had bags and several disposal locations available. Over all I'd say this place is VERY dog friendly.Mostly any gripes I had were minor. Someone above me in the first room was loud... yelling, stomping, acting like crazy. It took a few days and a bit of a hard line with management before they calmed down. Once they did, I had no issues.Another guest managed to break a major water line and flooded part of the hall I was staying in. This is by no means the fault of management and they did everything they could to deal with the issue without causing too much disruption. Unfortunately it happened late at night, which meant staff was in the hall suctioning up water. When we came back and ended up in the second room, there were a lot of fans, etc running to dry to area out. It did not effect my room directly, but it appeared to effect a few others. The second room was upstairs. Unfortunately we faced the parking lot on this one, which meant noise. No noise above us this time, but a fair bit from the parking lot. We also came out a different door and the stairwell REEKED of pot most of the time. I think it was probably another guest. Not sure there was much to be done about it on the part of management though. Both kitchens were the same, but the things available were not. One kitchen didn't have a frying pan. One didn't have coffee supplies. I'm sure I could have asked for them, but nothing that was missing was critical to me. It might be for someone else though.Beds are hotel hard, but I always expect this. Pillows suck, but all hotel pillows suck, so it was expected as well.First room had a bathtub that had somehow been broken at some point. It had been patched, but when you walked over the area it felt a little unstable. It wasn't a huge deal for me, but I can see it being an issue for someone with balance issues possibly. In the end, this is a decent spot to land for a bit. Staff was excellent. Location was good and the rooms are comfortable. No, it's not the Ritz Carleton, but I didn't expect it to be. The green space was very handy for the dogs and the multiple disposal areas made cleaning up after the dogs easy.

No working USB. TV/remote unresponsive in bed as it's facing the bathroom. Wifi connect is a pain. The worst business trip hotel I've ever stayed.

PLEASE and I say this wholeheartedly, do NOT stay at this hotel. Walking into the lobby it seems nice. Once we entered our room we were hit with the overwhelming smell of cigarettes smoke. Red flag #1. We requested another room and they were able to accommodate our request. Once in the new room it smelt like sour towels mixed with the smell of animal urine. We hated to ask for another new room so we decided to stay with family in the area. My family and I left sneezing, coughing and itching eyes!

First if you book through an outside source and choose to pay at the property call them to confirm your reservation. We booked in advance and the day we were set to drive in it tried to charge the card I had on file. It didn't go through because I had planned to use a different card when we got there. I called and the lady told me that in the fine print when you book it tells you that the hotel will charge the card the morning of, and if it doesn't go through they will cancel your reservation and let someone else book your room unless you call to confirm it... which to me is wild. What if you wanted to pay cash? Or what if we'd already been driving and I didn't see the notification? When we got to the property there's also a $100 incidental fee, I'm not sure how long that will take to refund. The lady and front desk staff are nice. Now the hotel it is SIMPLE no pool, no breakfast, nothing of the sort. The hotel is kinda dingy and you can hear everything. As I was walking down the hall I heard someone very loudly having you know... so careful if you have children. There is only ONE elevator in the entire building! So if you're at the end of the hallway you have to walk, walk, and walk some more, or load your stuff up the stairs. The rooms. The beds are HORRIBLE they are so hard and springy my back hurt so bad each morning. There were cracks in the floor tiles in the bathroom, the toilet wasn't cleaned, there is a kitchenette but you only get one pot and one pan. The water pressure was also pretty horrible. There was framed art work that didn't have any artwork in it just cardboard ??♀️. Maybe I was expecting too much, for $120 a night I atleast expected holiday inn rooms not motel 6.

Red flag alert for room 101. Property smells good at the entrance and the hallway leading up to the room. Imagine entering your week long home away from home and smelling nothing but urine. The shower curtains and microwave definitely were not cleaned prior to arrival. A green substance that appeared to be boogers had to be wiped off the curtains myself. The stove top didn’t work but not a big issue as the smell that was endured at the entrance point to both the lounge in the room and the room it self. Other than these issues the room was okay. Please clean your carpets if animals are allowed to stay at the property.Rooms: Red flag alert for room 101. Property smells good at the entrance and the hallway leading up to the room. We just went there. Horrible/ worst place ever!!! The a/c was set at 61 degree & it was like 30 degree out. The room smelled & was very cold. I had to use the stove to keep warm.We tried two different rooms / same problem. The heat did not work & it was freezing ... I think that place has mold. My husband was coughing like crazy & he is a cancer patient after dealing with all this we left & asked for our money back. Horrible experience.....
