There were a few details that needed to be ironed out with my HOA's Flooring/Sound Barrier Rules, and Rick was very flexible, patient and considerate.-Then John from the warehouse called to schedule to appointments - he was again very polite and helpful.-Next was CJ and the crew who removed old flooring, leveled existing sub-floor and installed the new flooring. The crews that first took up the old flooring and then laid down the new flooring were friendly, careful, professional and efficient. The crew laying down the new floor had a number of difficult issues to resolve on floor layout but did so quickly and with good results. “Last fall (2022), I worked with one of their designer/salesmen to add kitchen cabinets. He came and measured, even took a cabinet door with him to match color. And then I never saw him again. He wouldn’t return phone calls, nothing. And no one seemed to know anything about my order but to wait.Last July, we finally went to there to pick up the door, found out that person was no longer there, they were under new management and had no idea about my cabinets. The new Designer/Manager, Debra, was such a gift that we decided to work with them one more time and she did not disappoint! She personally came out and measured! The cabinets are absolutely perfect!If you’ve had an issue with them in the past, please go back, you’ll be happy you did.”
